Had a fantastic stay. The house was cozy, well cared for, and immersed in the snow. The living room, with the fireplace, was ideal for relaxing after a day outdoors. A restorative experience in a quiet and magical place. We highly recommend it!

The house is very nice, characteristic and spacious. The garden with bbq is enjoyable and the house really has EVERYTHING you could need. We were 2 families and we always had at least 1 meal a day at home and we had everything we needed. Washer and dryer present. We went during Easter week, the village was uninhabited, but the house is in the Majella park and many trails start from there. In addition, the location is not bad because it is halfway between the L'Aquila area and that of Pescara. Clearly you have to get around by car, but you can easily reach many wonderful places. The nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes away, the restaurant 10 minutes. It was the vacation we wanted, for us it was beautiful!

Great location!!Easy check-in and pleasantly clean. The outside space is very nice but a bit dark inside (helps with keeping it cool though). Thank you for the stay!

Federico and his mom are very nice and helpful. Upon arrival we found everything we needed for breakfast. The apartment is in a quiet area, has an equipped kitchen. Indoor parking is available. I recommend it.

We spent seven weeks in Franco's loft house. Everything was perfect! The place is extremely quiet and the views are breathtaking. Franco is a discreet but extremely available and responsive host. Communication was excellent before our arrival and throughout the stay. Montesilvano Colle is a very pretty village and it is the starting point for many walks, each more wonderful than the last. One thing is certain: if we can return to this accommodation, we won't hesitate for a second!

We had a short but wonderful stay at Diana’s. She was kind enough to host us on short notice and the place was perfect. Great location and everything we needed.

Extremely friendly and helpful hosts, very nice reception, care during the stay and farewell. Tastefully furnished, spacious apartment with great views of the very nearby sea. We felt almost at home and already miss sitting on the balcony in the morning or afternoon and hearing the sea rush.

Everything is very clean and well-kept. In the kitchen there was every tool you could possibly need. Thank you!

Katia and Francesco immediately proved to be two friendly and cordial people who advised us on activities and places to visit in the area. The house is furnished with new furniture and in perfect condition, equipped with every comfort and everything that each of us has in our own apartment, but above all we found impeccable cleanliness. Convenient parking space inside the property, in 5 minutes on foot you reach the beach, both equipped beach and very large and well-kept free beach. Nearby there is every kind of store. The initiatives of the various municipalities to entertain tourists are also excellent. There is also a lot to visit in the hinterland. Abruzzo is really nice and convenient to visit. A special mention for Katia's dad, a really lovely person.

Another great stay at Alessio’s place. Love staying here. Alessio is the most wonderful host, and the location of the apartment is perfect. The beach is at the end of the road. One of the best ice cream places round the corner in the next road. Two minutes walk to the Tigre and other shops. Few more minutes to the restaurants and bars. Alessio is so kind, thoughtful and accommodating to ensure we have the best stay. Thank you and can’t wait to come back again.

Monia was very nice, friendly and always available for us. The place is as described in the photos and equipped with everything necessary. Everything is easily accessible on foot.

I had already been in this house a few years back and had a great time. Also in this case, both check-in and checkout were very easy and Giovanni came against me for the times. The house is very spacious and tidy and, for what I could need during the 3 days of stay, I found everything I needed. The location is also very convenient: close to the village center (reachable in 5 minutes on foot) but still secluded. If there's a chance, I think I'll be back.

One of the best views of the sea we've ever had! This location was so beautiful and drinkong espresso on the terrace overlookong the ocean was absolutely wonderful. There are a ton of places to park and a ton of things in walking distance too. This is a very lovely place to stay!

We stayed in 4 boys plus a little girl on New Year's Eve, we were with God. Mr. Martino who welcomed us was very kind, he let us stay even a few more hours having arrived late in the evening after work… the house is really nice and with all the comforts! ❤️ thank you very much.

Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. Anna and her husband were very responsive and even picked us and our luggage up from the bus station and brought us to the apartment. They were very responsive when we had any questions or needed assistance. They even brought us to a pizza place to pick up a bite to eat after a long flight and bus ride to San salvo!!

Very nice house equipped with all the comforts in an elegant setting with indoor parking, fantastic location, you simply need to cross the road to go to the beach or to reach the bike path and being located in the central Piazza S.Alfonso there are all kinds of activities and services in addition to the various events that are held in the aforementioned square, if you want you can not use the car for the entire stay. I highly recommend it also to families with children for the convenience and tranquility of the place. Mr. Michele, a nice and helpful person, provided us with all the explanations on arrival and remained available even during the stay. An experience to be repeated.
