Apartment vacation rentals in Ortona

We stayed with Alfredo in May. At this time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrellas and sun loungers just around the corner on the beach. The apartment of Alfredo is well suited for 2 people. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you very much

All was fine for our brief stay!

The apartment is located in the city center, but it is still very quiet. On the ground floor there is a bar where you can go down in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for an aperitif. There are many good restaurants, shops, bars, you will find everything you need. Both the station and the beach are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, equipped with everything you need. Well-functioning air conditioning offered relief after a hot day on the beach. An added bonus is the huge rooftop terrace, furnished with patio furniture and an umbrella. We spent our evenings there pleasantly. We will definitely return to Pescara and this apartment. Grace is a wonderful guest, she responded quickly to our questions.

Easy and effective communication, the apartment was super clean. The very large terrace is nice, unfortunately we could not use it. Free parking in the area, it was also available in the garage.

Even better than expected. The photos were very accurate, but the space was even more amazing than the photos showed. A recent full renovation to this top floor apartment was premium. We chose this apartment for its location and it did not disappoint. Located right on the Main Street and walking to dozens of bars, restaurants, and attractions. We were more than pleased with this experience and would recommend it fully.

Silvano’s place was amazing, very spacious and clean. Communication was great despite a language barrier and there were no issues checking in. Parking in the area was difficult and takes some time.

I recently had the opportunity to stay in this apartment and I must say it was an incredible experience! The location is strategic, it is a short walk from the main attractions and with spectacular views. The apartment is very nice and cared for in every detail, with modern and functional furnishings. The cleanliness is impeccable and the owner was very helpful and friendly. In summary, I can recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and cozy place!

Great location! Very close to all of the restaurants / shops & beach. Very spacious. Has 3 suites inside of the unit. Although we only needed one, it was nice having the space in the center of the city.

The house surrounded by olive trees creates an atmosphere of relaxation in absolute silence, all surrounded by a really deserving view. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay (dishes, towels...). Bruno was a very kind host and always ready to help us! The places he recommended left us pleasantly satisfied.

We were received very familially. Everything was well presented to us, from the apartment to the family to the dog👍🏻. Michele even got us and borrowed the forgotten power adapter CH over the weekend, fantastic. We felt completely comfortable and welcome. The organic olive oil is also excellent. Well-maintained and very cozy house. We had a very good time with the owner of the accommodation, very helpful and kind. I highly recommend it if you want to have a relaxing and quiet experience surrounded by greenery and in a great location just minutes from the ski lifts.
