Delightful house, with beautiful views, all the amenities, perfect garden for those traveling with animals like us. Domenico is a special and very helpful person, he pampered us, advised us and helped us in everything. The surroundings are very beautiful, we were lucky enough to have very nice days and we were also on the beach fifteen minutes from the house. Really perfect, thanks again for everything.

Federico and his mom are very nice and helpful. Upon arrival we found everything we needed for breakfast. The apartment is in a quiet area, has an equipped kitchen. Indoor parking is available. I recommend it.

We spent seven weeks in Franco's loft house. Everything was perfect! The place is extremely quiet and the views are breathtaking. Franco is a discreet but extremely available and responsive host. Communication was excellent before our arrival and throughout the stay. Montesilvano Colle is a very pretty village and it is the starting point for many walks, each more wonderful than the last. One thing is certain: if we can return to this accommodation, we won't hesitate for a second!

What to say about Nadia's house… perhaps the most suitable thing is a return to the past when as children we went to the classic mountain houses with their smells and silences. Nadia's house is a 360º experience, because the house is warm and welcoming, it is quiet and has a spectacular view, especially in the evening over the valley. The fireplace then makes it magical as soon as it is lit. Nadia incredibly anticipates your every possible need and helps you with her availability. But what we think made everything 10 stars were also the incredible people we met. From the gentleman at the market, always kind and helpful, to Loredana at the “Rustica” butcher shop, whose husband brought us to his house giving us wood for the fireplace and embers (of course at home he also offered me a glass of wine) and she who booked the restaurant and whose meat is absolutely worth trying because it's special. In short, I highly recommend it and if we come back, it will obviously be here.

We had a wonderful week in this apartment. The location is perfect, a few meters from the beach of Scerne di Roseto, ideal for those who love to wake up with the scent of the sea and reach the beach in a few minutes. The apartment is extremely clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped and the spaces are comfortable and welcoming. Roberto was very kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Extremely friendly and helpful hosts, very nice reception, care during the stay and farewell. Tastefully furnished, spacious apartment with great views of the very nearby sea. We felt almost at home and already miss sitting on the balcony in the morning or afternoon and hearing the sea rush.

The house surrounded by olive trees creates an atmosphere of relaxation in absolute silence, all surrounded by a really deserving view. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay (dishes, towels...). Bruno was a very kind host and always ready to help us! The places he recommended left us pleasantly satisfied.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very central and close to the beach. Barbara is very warm and very responsive. She even prepared some toys for our little one. Would definitely stay there again!

Katia and Francesco immediately proved to be two friendly and cordial people who advised us on activities and places to visit in the area. The house is furnished with new furniture and in perfect condition, equipped with every comfort and everything that each of us has in our own apartment, but above all we found impeccable cleanliness. Convenient parking space inside the property, in 5 minutes on foot you reach the beach, both equipped beach and very large and well-kept free beach. Nearby there is every kind of store. The initiatives of the various municipalities to entertain tourists are also excellent. There is also a lot to visit in the hinterland. Abruzzo is really nice and convenient to visit. A special mention for Katia's dad, a really lovely person.

Another great stay at Alessio’s place. Love staying here. Alessio is the most wonderful host, and the location of the apartment is perfect. The beach is at the end of the road. One of the best ice cream places round the corner in the next road. Two minutes walk to the Tigre and other shops. Few more minutes to the restaurants and bars. Alessio is so kind, thoughtful and accommodating to ensure we have the best stay. Thank you and can’t wait to come back again.

We stayed in 4 boys plus a little girl on New Year's Eve, we were with God. Mr. Martino who welcomed us was very kind, he let us stay even a few more hours having arrived late in the evening after work… the house is really nice and with all the comforts! ❤️ thank you very much.

Cosy apartment surrounded by nature and trees which is very important to us. Unfortunately it rained most of the time we spent there but still we found the time to enjoy good food and drive around the area. Adriano really goes the extra mile to ensure we had a good experience and stay, very friendly and responsive. You can tell being a host is his passion.

Anna and her husband were very responsive and even picked us and our luggage up from the bus station and brought us to the apartment. They were very responsive when we had any questions or needed assistance. They even brought us to a pizza place to pick up a bite to eat after a long flight and bus ride to San salvo!!
