This property has been in my family for 40 years, and it is with great excitement that I am embarking on this project to turn it into a true 5-star haven of peace. Located in one of the most privileged spots in Llançà, the Villa will wow you with an extraordinary combination: sun, sea, wonderful views, tranquility, and a unique natural setting.

Comprising a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom toilet with washing machine, living room with equipped kitchen. Comfortable sofa bed. Access to a glass roof + terrace upstairs. Upon arrival, the beds will be ready to welcome you. 15 minutes from the beaches, 20 minutes from the Spanish border, and 15 minutes from Perpignan.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you.
