House vacation rentals in Orsaria

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Franka solo una notte, di passaggio in zona. Il villaggio è un po' isolato, circa 20 minuti in auto da Gorizia, ma vale la pena guidare un po' perché la casa è immersa nel verde, molto ampia e pulita. L'alloggio è al piano superiore della casa e nella parte inferiore vive Franka con suo marito. Appartamento molto ampio, eravamo in 4 adulti e lo spazio era ampiamente sufficiente. La cucina è completa di tutto. Posto auto nel cortile al coperto. La comunicazione con Franka è sempre stata puntuale e veloce, anche grazie alla traduzione automatica di Airbnb. Lei e il marito parlano poco italiano o inglese, ma sono persone accoglienti e la lingua non è un problema. La descrizione della casa e dell’esterno è molto dettagliata e rispetta esattamente la realtà. Per il check-in ci hanno aspettato e le indicazioni sono state molto chiare. Ci torneremo volentieri.

Wir waren mit fünf Erwachsenen für eine Woche bei Renato und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war viel Platz, alles war sehr sauber und gut vorbereitet. Man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Es gibt kein Wohnbereich, aber große Schlafzimmer mit Sofa und Klimaanlage. Besonders der Außenbereich mit Pool, Sonnenliegen und großem Garten sind einfach genial. Renato ist super freundlich, hat uns viele, sehr gute Tips für die Umgebung gegeben und war generell gut zu erreichen. Eine absolute Empfehlung und nochmal einen großen Dank an Renato.

Wir haben uns in der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Wunderschöne Lage, mit Blick von der Terrasse in einen parkartigen Garten. Können wir sehr empfehlen!

Trotz sehr später und spontaner Anfrage (unsere vorherige Unterkunft hatte uns storniert) haben es diese äußerst freundlichen Vermieter:innen geschafft für 9 Erwachsene und ein Kind in wenigen Stunden das gesamte Haus herzurichten. Alles sauber und heimelig, Ausstattung der Küche usw war auch spitze! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank für die Ermöglichung eines schönen und gemütlichen Familienwochenendes!

das Haus liegt sehr ruhig gelegen. zumindest zu dieser Jahreszeit. haben die Ruhe und die Lage sehr genossen. Der Strand ist super innerhalb 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Rund um sehr zufrieden. Danke nochmal.

Francesco e la sua famiglia sono veramente delle ottime, genuine e piacevolissime persone sono stati disponibilissimi, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Eravamo in 5 maschioni in visita per vedere la gara della cronoscalata covidale castelmonte, la location comoda per raggiungere il tracciato e una volta rincasati dopo la gara ci sentivamo in paradiso, giardino bellissimo, curato e soprattutto la tettoietta con un tavolone ottimo per cene all'aria aperta. Torneremo sicuramente consigliatissimo.

Le logement est fonctionnnel et propre. La piscine est très bien. Ivan est très agréable. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La ligne de chemin de fer avec le passage régulier de train n'a pas été un problème pour nous. Le logement se trouve à 6 minutes des grottes de Skocjan, une merveille à découvrir.

Villetta in zona tranquilla, da cui il centro è raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti a piedi. La villetta offre parcheggio interno privato. Spaziosa per 4 persone (noi siamo stati in 3 più il cane), dotata di elettrodomestici utili e ben tenuti. Ospiti molto cordiali e disponibili.

This place was the best outfitted Airbnb that we have stayed in. We needed nothing. The beds were very comfortable, ac worked great, kitchen had quality equipment, basic cooking needs like coffee, sugar, spices all there. Couches comfortable, great outside patio and balcony with good furniture. A working gas grill. And grill utensils. Cleaning supplies we needed since we were there 5 days. All was excellent. We were very happy and would definitely stay again if in the area.

La casa é immersa nel verde, in area tranquilla. Dotata di tutti i comfort ma da tenere presente che la cucina é un mini angolo cottura. Per noi con i bambini per una notte é andata bene, per più giorni saremmo stati in difficoltà. Nel complesso ci torneremmo!

Ideal para lo que estábamos buscando, cerca del aeropuerto. La casa tiene de todo, muy amplia y espaciosa, Romano muy amable, nos dejó varias cosas para el desayuno, y la pizzeria que nos recomendó muy buena y buenos precios. Muchas gracias Romano!

Super Ferienwohnung, in ruhiger und dennoch strandnaher Lage, mit eigenem Parkplatz und Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder etc. Perfekt für Familien.

Capodanno trascorso in 14 persone. Spazi veramente ampi e accoglienti, salotti con posto per tutti e cucine super accessibili. Camere da letto comode e capienti. Host fantastico, super disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta e reattivo! Zona veramente molto tranquilla, piccolo paesino con gita ai monumenti di Caporetto molto facilmente raggiungibili. Spazio esterno ottimo soprattutto in estate! Posto assolutamente consigliato!

Wir können diese Unterkunft mit voller Überzeugung weiter empfehlen. Der Check-In war einfach und unkompliziert. Dafür gab es eine ganz klare Anleitung vom Gastgeber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sie antworten innerhalb von wenigen Minuten. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und dennoch, sind Supermärkte, Restaurants und ein Eissalon in der Nähe. Der Strand ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Das Auto kann in der eigenen Einfahrt geparkt werden und die große überdachte Terrasse lädt zum entspannten Grillen ein. Ein Grill und Kohle wurden uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Generell war das Haus gut ausgestattet. Das gesamte Grundstück ist eingezäunt (Praktisch wenn man mit einem Hund anreist). Das Haus war sehr sauber. Praktisch sind die Waschmaschine und der Geschirrspüler. Außerdem gibt es eine Klimaanlage die gut funktioniert hat. Insgesamt waren wir sehr positiv überrascht und freuen uns auf eine Wiedersehen im nächsten Jahr.

Die organisatorische Abwicklung (Buchung, Wegbeschreibung etc.) hat mit Pamela von Inter Chalet problemlos und zügig funktioniert. Nach der Ankunft hatten wir ausschließlich Kontakt zu Chiara, der Besitzerin. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen und gut in die Örtlichkeiten eingeführt worden. Chiara war stets vor Ort und ansprechbar, wenn sie benötigt wurde. Das gesamte Anwesen war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der nächste Supermarkt befindet sich ca 5 Autominuten entfernt. Bis nach Udine benötigt man ca 15 Minuten.

A charming House by an amazing lake in the Slovenian Alps near the Soča River, and I can't recommend it enough! The house is quite old, but it's in great condition and very clean, giving it a cozy and authentic feel. The highlight of my mornings was enjoying a cup of their excellent coffee while taking in the stunning views of the lake and mountains. Absolutely breathtaking! The host provided kayaks, which made for some unforgettable trips on the lake — perfect for those looking to explore the area and enjoy some adventure. Overall, a fantastic place for a relaxing getaway with plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities.

We, 5 adults and 2 kids stayed there for 10 nights. The house is very well equipped and renovated , we got literally everything we needed: barbecue , glasses, cutlery, coffee machine, washing machine etc. It is big and clean and located at about 10 min walk from the beach. The area is nice and quiet. There are several restaurants in 5-10 min. walk. I would recommend it for a big company up to 8 people for comfortable stay.

The house is amazing, large with alot of history and is beautifully renovated. Great for the number of guests we had everyone had their own room and own space. It was a great base for where we needed to be to visit relatives in surrounding visit and nothing is too far away. The beds were comfortable and large so plenty of storage and had everything you needed. We could park off the street and also had great washing facilities and room to hang clothes in the upstairs attic space. Matteo’s house exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille, la maison est très jolie, grande et correspondait parfaitement à la description. Nous avons pu profiter avec les enfants du grand espace extérieur, faire un super barbecue et se détendre en regardant la magnifique vu sur les paysages. Un super parc est à quelques minutes à pied, ainsi que d'autres commerces utiles sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture. Ravie des prestations et de l'accueil faite par Daniela ! Séjour agréable, Lorenzo est une personne chaleureuse est sympathique. Appartement plus que convenable. Localisation très calme et proche de toutes commodités. A recommander.

wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Alles war wie beschrieben. Haus liegt sehr zentral in Bibione und alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Wer es aber ruhig mag sollte eher woanders hin gehen uns hat der Trubel aber nicht gestört. Alles in allem ein super schöner Urlaub.

Anna è una persona gentilissima e molto disponibile, abbiamo trovato una casetta molto carina e come varchi la soglia d’ingresso è veramente confortevole e dà la sensazione di casa, per non parlare della pulizia… impeccabile. Alloggio consigliatissimo per visitare i dintorni, la posizione è strategica per girare tutta la regione
