House vacation rentals in Oriole Beach

We had a blast. Although the pool wasn't ready because of delayed construction we were in the gulf or riding around town or even just sitting on the balcony. Clean- TWO air units!!!—beds were big even the pull out couch! Fit 3 of us. I'm so happy they let us add my best friend and her daughter(which is my daughters bff too). Everything you need was there. Even made us some virgin and regular pina coladas and some milkshakes on the last night. Not sure when our next trip will be for a beach stay 2026 we are taking a Disney Cruise but I will definitely be recommending.

Elvira and her husband are amazing hosts! They ensured we felt at home and knew about all of the amenities in the house. The Airbnb is such a cool place to stay. They have nice spacious rooms, a great spot to fish, a pool, and beautiful views! We love that our dogs could tag along too. I highly recommend visiting their home!

The house was clean and organized It had many things that we did not expect, equipped both in the kitchen and laundry and things to take to the beach, it was excellent, the pool was clean with many toys to use, excellent service

We booked the pine house for an overnight stay and photoshoot and wow was it beautiful! We absolutely loved the natural lighting and how comfortable the space was.

We have stayed here twice. We love the location, the house and accommodations. It’s very peaceful on the bay with a great pool. Kenny is a wonderful host and makes sure everything is to your satisfaction. We can’t wait to stay there again!

Joey was an outstanding host from start to finish. His hospitality and attention to detail truly set this stay apart. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that he put a lot of thought into making the space welcoming and comfortable. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the home that made me feel right at ease. The place itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect getaway spot. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything I needed was readily available. One of the biggest highlights was the pool—it was absolutely amazing. Clean, private, and perfect for lounging or taking a dip to unwind. Joey really went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Communication was quick and helpful, and he made sure I had everything I needed. I’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnbs, and this experience ranks at the top. This is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in! The hosts truly thought of everything and had nice personal touches throughout the place. From the corn hole to the coffee bar, this place has all you need for a perfect get away! It felt like home away from home, and we loved spending our days at the pool and lounging out back. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

We had a great stay! The place was very peaceful and calm. We loved hearing the birds singing in the morning. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back!

Great place to stay in Gulf Breeze. This lovely home has a comfortable feeling in a cozy neighborhood. Great location to walk in the morning/evening and convenient enough to Gulf Breeze and Pensacola attractions. Great value for the busy beginning of summer.

Not only was this home absolutely beautiful, it was peaceful, clean, cozy, all of the above. We visit Pensacola a few times a year for fishing trips and this was such a nice place to relax. It was spacious and cool and so comfortable after long days/nights on the beach. The backyard was beautiful and we absolutely loved our daily visits from the neighbors chickens! And easily less than a 10 minute drive to the beach. Sara was great in every way, from the quick responses to recommendations, checking in from time to time to see if there was anything we needed. We even arrived a few minutes early and she invited us to go right in. We will definitely be booking again. Thank you again!

I really enjoyed the stay! My pup also enjoyed the backyard and beach. The hosts were very communicative and responded quickly when needed. The house is located in a great spot close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and of course the beach!! The beds were also extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this place for anyone’s vacation stay near Pensacola.

This is a great place to stay where you are close to everything, but don’t want to feel jammed in on everyone. The house is well kept, (minus the overgrown grass) spacious, very easy to get to and check in/out was seamless!

We stayed January and February 2025. Our first time in that area of Florida. Our host, Jeremiah was very accommodating and stayed on top of things as we had extremely unusual winter weather for that area (record breaking 8" snow and below freezing temps). Jeremiah was very prompt in responding to any questions or concerns. He offered suggestions of good eating places and attractions. I loved to be able to take my dog on long walks in the area. There are a lot of subdivisions that have wide streets and are safe areas to walk. The home was well represented by the listing pictures and descriptions. I definitely recommend this listing and host to anyone interested in staying in this area of the FL panhandle.

I would highly recommend staying here. The house was clean, comfortable, and offered beautiful views especially at sunset. We have stayed at a lot of places through the years and by far Amber was the best host. My family and I only stayed for the weekend because we were down for a cheer competition. Amber went above and beyond with working with our schedule for both check in and check out. Her flexibility made for a much more comfortable and convenient stay. I’ll definitely be booking again with her in the future.

We had a wonderful week with the family at Cassandra’s place. The house was as lovely as the pictures portrayed. It was also very clean and the towels and linens were nice. It was very spacious for our family of 5 adults and 3 children. We especially enjoyed the pool. The location was convenient for major stores and eating places. Pensacola beach was less than 20 minutes away. Seeing the Blue Angels practice display by the Navel Air museum was one of the highlights.

This was our first AirBnB experience and Kim made it memorable. Great instructions, great at guiding us through the process and answered questions promptly. The house was great. It was accurately depicted in the descriptions. We were a family of 4, and the house was perfect. Location was close enough to the bustle of town if you wanted it, but very quiet to relax and get a good night sleep in the evening. A short little walk to the beautiful beaches was easy. The whole family wants to go back! The whole process was simple and seamless. No surprises, no drama, just a really nice house and a really enjoyable vacation!

The perfect beach house! We made it in town for my brother’s wedding and it was absolutely better than other stays or the PB Resort where most of the wedding guests and party stayed. Parking was great, we got our Wagoneer easily and could’ve fit several more vehicles. The proximity to the beach was perfect! The kids enjoyed the pool and were very comfortable with the temperature of the water. Oh, the decor and linens, mattresses were beautifully selected. We appreciated the detailed instructions and labels for everything. The multiple balconies allowed for incredible views of the ocean. You could hear the waves from any balcony. Incredible and kind host!!! Any time I could reach out and it wasn’t an issue. Oh, and the amenities were the MOST we have ever had access to! To top of off, the welcome snacks and card were a beautiful touch. We will most certainly stay again! Thank you so much for the perfect stay!

Felt right at home staying in Mrs. Wendy’s house. The place was immaculate. You could eat off of the floor. Bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Big spacious living room, plenty of hot water, & the outside shower was amazing & a Godsend after returning from the beach. Large fridge came in very handy, as did the rest of the appliances in the kitchen. Beach items also came in quite useful for our use. The interior of the house & precise clear instructions made cleaning up prior to leaving a breeze. Nice quiet neighborhood where you can tell you are surrounded by great neighbors. They are quiet & all of them take pride in the appearance of their house & yard. Mrs. Wendy herself was extremely welcoming & helpful. Always quick to respond to any questions I had & booking with her was a breeze. Will be recomending her to everyone I know & anyone I meet about what an amazing place this is to stay & communicating with Mrs. Wendy is just like talking to a long time friend

The home was exactly what is advertised. The house was beautiful and the pool was great! Our daughter was up by 6am every morning and in the pool by 7. The rooms were spacious and having two king bedrooms was a huge plus. The only thing that would be a con if any is that in the child’s room there are no curtains and the sun rising in that window every morning. Our daughter is used to a dark room with blackout curtains. But overall very nice house and nice amenities. Providing beach chairs and toys for the little one was awesome. Would definitely come back and stay here again!

Dmitriy’s place was great!! He was a great host and communication was quick and friendly. We loved the location, since it was away from the hustle and bustle of the island/beach area. The house was beautiful and the pool was great! We really enjoyed our time there.

This is our second stay, and we decided to book for July 2026 already. We love the spot. It’s easy to find and low key. There are two beaches in walking distance. The kids loved the pool and golf cart. We went bike riding and kayaking. All around great trip!! We can’t wait until next year

This was truly a home away from home for us on our family vacation! We felt so comfortable here and everything was pristine upon arrival. We all loved our bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable which is a big deal for a vacation rental. The biggest plus of this house for a family with four kids was the POOL!!! There were so many pool toys and we spent most of our time swimming! The backyard was super fun and our kids were in heaven. There were bikes to ride, a basketball hoop, a treehouse with a slide and swings, a hot tub, and an outside tv, couch, and dining table. It was very quick for us to get out to the beach from the house and we were able to use all the beach stuff from the garage including chairs, buckets, shovels, boogie boards, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and so beautiful with all of the trees. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone, especially families! We had a great experience.
