Monthly Rentals in Oriental Bay

I booked at the very last minute at 6:30pm on the night and the host responded so quickly. I am so grateful because this old house is very unique with plenty of history. Awesome views that you never get tired of. Walking distance to every where. Be aware there are a lot of stairs to get to the property and bedrooms rooms up on 2nd level so if you have old or bad legs this could be a problem. Not a problem for me at all though & I am nearly 60. Thanks for a great stay and sharing your family home with me.

Such a beautiful spot, the view was stunning! It was a little smaller than I expected but we had a great stay.

Wonderful apartment. If you aren't from the area, the parking is really hard to navigate. Since it's street parking, there isn't always a spot nearby, so be prepared to walk uphill with your suitcase. We decided to taxi around most of the time so we could keep our spot. This was the only downside, everything else was great!

Awesome view and location close to CBD!! The record player was a nice touch but perhaps we could suggest more Steely Dan and less Gilbert n Sullivan ;) Like others have mentioned, the toilet takes some getting used to but the rest of the place makes up for it. Waking to that view after a stormy night was incredible. Will definitely stay again
