Homely apartment with everything you need. Had a lovely 7 stay at Rhys's apartment it was the perfect home away from home. The location so close to the city with all Major shops & attractions were within walking distance which made exploring the city really easy. The apartment is spacious, bright, as described and shown in photos. Bed was extremely comfortable. Check-in was effortless. Rhys the host available and easy to communicate with. A spacious, comfortable property with lots of charming original features. Jackie was a wonderful host, extremely friendly and fantastic comms throughout. The space was spotlessly clean and Jackie had gone the extra length to ensure my comfort with additional blankets and preemptively putting on the heat pump and I was visiting on a cold wellington day. Property is perfectly located within walking distance to the local shops, cafes and supermarket as well as the beach a few streets over. The property is set back from the residential road, so was super quiet,

This is my 2nd time staying at Emily’s, I love it. It feels like you’ve just returned home with all the homely touches. Close to the city and all the amazing cafes. It is an old building with all of the old charm.

Scott was an amazing host. He let us check in early and even offered flexibility with our dates. The place was cozy and had everything we needed!

Bronwyn was very friendly and easy to communicate with. A short 15 minute walk to the beach. The apartment was a comfortable spot to rest while visiting Wellington.

Exactly as described. Located in a quiet suburb, yet still close to the city centre. There’re supermarkets and a few restaurants nearby.

Such a beautiful, bright space! Absolutely loved it and super close to town. Driveway is a little awkward if you have a van but manageable.

We had a great stay here. The house is lovely and has great views over the water. We had our own car and access to all parts of Wellington was easy. We’re quite a bit fitter for the walk up the stairs each day, but the cable car access is great also.

A lovely home with wonderful views and very cosy. Comfortable beds and excellent kitchen. Highly recommended!

Sam's apartment is small but has everything you need. It's in a great location, very walkable to Lambton Quay and on to Cuba St. You can always catch a bus back and take the lift up through the James Cook Hotel if you're too tired to walk home. I had a bit of trouble checking in as Sam was away and the last guest had not put the key back in the lock box. However, Sam was responsive and had an immediate solution. I was in the double room, which was very comfortable. You might want earplugs to keep out the noise of the motorway. I would happily stay here again.

This was a simply marvellous spot to stay! Fantastic location in a very secure location. I could easily walk to the grocery store, the waterfront, Te Papa museum and many other attractions. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything I could imagine needing Llane was very responsive to questions and proactive with notices. I wish she owned a spot in every place on my bucket list!

This apartment was amazing & met my expectations & more The views were incredible Easy beautiful walk along the waterfront to restaurants & bars but if you choose to Uber then it was only $9 Easy self check in with lockbox We managed to get a free Carpark outside the apartment block so no problems there . Thank you Craig , hopefully we will be back soon

The best deal for being comfortable and not cramped right in the heart of the city. The views both to the harbour and Mount Victoria are just beautiful and the perfect tonic sitting in the comfy lounger at the end of the day. Super easy instructions and both Carolyn and Aarti quick to respond to any queries. Also an extra layer of glazing in the master bedroom to keep out the city noises during the night. Friendly neighbours in the building make it a very safe space too. I would gladly return!

Perfectly located, walking distance to Mount Victoria, the water front, Te Papa museum and city center. Bus straight from the airport (if you're flying like me) will leave you just 5 min away from Donna's house. House/apartment located in a little alley way so private and quiet enough. Comfortable (amazing bed) and cozy space. Donna is very friendly as well as discreet, she's available if you need anything but the ground floor is pretty much to yourself and will feel like you have your own space. I highly recommend 🙂.
