El Ensueño - Dream Cottage

El Ensueno is a one of a kind property offering unforgettable views of The Sierra Lujar mountains in an extremely private and relaxing location while also providing very close proximity to Orgiva. Just a 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk to the center of town. At the end of a very private, dead end road, surrounded by olive groves, it's the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring Orgiva, the Sierra Nevada Mountains, Mediterranean Coast and Beaches, and surrounding area of the Alpujarras!

It is a traditional house located on the edge of the village overlooking the highest peaks of the peninsula, Mulhacén 3482 and Veleta. Be careful with your mobility because there are many slopes in the village and stairs in the house. During summer on the "terrace" there may be flies and smells of cattle because there is a goat pen nearby. You can park or use the small parking lot of Las Espeñuelas for loading and unloading, which is 15 meters from the house, but first make sure you can drive.

It has two terraces, a spacious garden with lush green lawns and a eco-salt pool with wide sunbathing areas. All of this is surrounded by 3,000m² of certified organic land with orange, avocado, centenary olive and other southern trees. The property is in Órgiva, surrounded by relaxing nature, Moorish cultural landscape and unspoilt mountain scenary.

There is also a two bedroom casita on the property. Free parking on the property. We welcome people form all backgrounds.

This traditional cortijo apartment is self-contained with its own entrance and area, next to the pool. It sleeps up to 2 people (double bed) and has a small kitchen & living area, modern bathroom and access to the large pool with outdoor kitchen. You'll share the pool with the hosts who live on the same property. It is also a safe and comfortable space for solo travellers. A getaway to enjoy the sun and nature. 20 min walk to Lanjarón where you can find everything for daily life.

2 rooms: a 4 persons bedroom with individual beds, which can be put together on request. This room has a en suite bathroom. The other room has a double bed. Another bathroom in the hall. Two living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen complete the interior part. Outside you can relax in a very nice garden with terrace and private salted swimming pool (less than 10% of salt compared with sea water and no chemicals).
