Both bedrooms have a super comfy pillow top queen size bed. WIFI is a fast 1gig fiber optic line. Enjoy a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a sleeper sofa in the family room. The front patio is always in the shade. Ask about the optional cabin on site for use as a private detached room for overflow family.

Join the warm 'n cozy, peace-filled tranquility in the country. This little 'Yurtie' is one-ROUND room! It has a split unit for heating/cooling. We have a fence lawn and a pasture if needed. Yurt living is amazing- a dome for sky viewing. Bunk bed- double on bottom, twin on top. Hot running water for the kitchen sink along with full kitchen amenities awaits. The porch has amazing sunset views and adds to the outdoor dining space. We have a new shared shower house with toilet, sink, and shower!

The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Come enjoy fresh air and quiet whether you are stopping through on a road trip or staying longer for local adventure. Fast WiFi for telecommuting!

Perfect, restful place for exploring Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP. Very quiet and peaceful location. The goats and chickens were quirky and fun. Entire place was well equipped. Liked having dedicated drinking water filter. There is not a lot of privacy between sleeping areas but the cabin has lots of space to spread out and is very comfortable.

A wooden sliding barn door partially opens to reveal a cozy sleeping area. The space features a spacious bed with neutral-toned bedding, and a plant adds a touch of greenery. Soft carpet and light-colored walls enhance the welcoming ambiance.

Its a serene setting minutes from town. cute outdoor kitchen and small hot tub situation. creek is cool and babbling. John showed us around and made us feel at home. nice to interact with the artist-in-residence.

We loved staying in the tiny house! It was very efficiently decorated and super comfy. The chairs by the stream were perfect and we slept great in the bed. The property is close to some hiking trailheads and quite secluded -which we loved- and there are many animals on the property, cats, chickens and alpacas. We would recommend staying here
