King bed in its own room. Euro-lounger in Livingroom that makes into a double. Your own private bath has a giant tile rain shower, HOT TUB off back deck facing water. Full kitchen including microwave, 3/4 size refrigerator, stove and all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The dining area is in the sun-room and looks out towards the bay. Electric fireplace and 50in TV!! Coffee and tea are provided. Other amenities include hairdryer, fine microfiber bathrobes, cable TV, VCR and DVD.

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the amenities - patio and porch space, fire pit, beautiful common spaces. We arrived on the last ferry and checkin was simple, with excellent communication. We would definitely stay again if our travels bring us back to Lopez.

What a treat! Close to everything in little Lopez village and a real treasure to find. Anthony and his family do an absolutely wonderful job maintaining it and the very delicious 8:00 a.m. breakfast left outside our door eacg morning was truly amazing. This is SUCH a lovely restored space on my favorite Island.

Stayed here with my husband as newlyweds for the entire weekend after our wedding! It was lovely. There was a small mixup with our room at first when we checked in but it was sorted fast and with tact! The staff is not present physically but they are incredibly easy to contact! There was a small breakfast buffet and snacks provided. We had an amazing weekend with beautiful views and an amazing atmosphere. Would definitely recommend it!!

The place was so cute. Very quiet and a great place to relax. We were greeted with clear intentions about our room and fresh cookies. Our room had a wonderful soaking tub. Breakfast in the morning was an added bonus. This location is walkable to the coffee shops and farmers market. I will be back again when I need to unplug from my busy schedule. Thank you for hosting us.

Rosario Village is a quiet place to stay on Orcas Island with beautiful views, access to trails, and convenient location - close to Eastsound and Moran State Park. Room was clean and spacious. The other amenities were not open the time (spa, one of the restaurants, manor). There is virtually no cell service but the WiFi works well.

BayView Room - King bed, water view, jetted tub.

my husband and I needed a quick place to stay while we made a spontaneous detour to Olympic National Park while honeymooning in washington. while the price of the apartment could have been lower, overall, it was a wonderful stay. we especially enjoyed the private beach and the easy access. one thing I do wish it had was plates. there was silverware, drinking glasses, and a microwave but no plates- which I thought was strange. Definitely would recommene!

This was our second stay in this room. It is very clean, quiet, and the bed is very comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for meal prep. Also enjoyed the jetted tub and the fireplace. The views from this property are amazing and the location is close enough to town to enjoy the local restaurants. Thanks for your hospitality.

Fantastic view with great balconies! I booked this as a surprise for my mom, who just retired. She’s been working since she was 14, so I wanted to take her somewhere where she could relax and rest. She sat out on the balcony and read her book. This was a fantastic rental, and I’ll definitely be coming again.
