This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

You live in a converted stable building with a living area of 115 sqm on our lovingly renovated Dreiseitenhof. Our small village is located in the beautiful Brandenburg Havelland, just outside the gates of Berlin. We are only 30 minutes away by car from the city center of Berlin's Spandau district. Very close to us is the designer outlet center, Karls Elebnisdorf, the Elebnispark Paaren Glien, the golf course Kallin and also the Havellandradweg crosses our village.

Remise Graefekiez – Hideaway in Kreuzberg

“Remise Graefekiez” – a historic brick coach house from 1890 with a private garden; once built for carriages, now a quiet hideaway and holiday retreat in the second backyard of Fichtestraße, right in the heart of the Graefekiez (Kreuzberg). The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price. We use 100% green electricity.
