Our light-flooded house is located in a prime location in the harbor village of Zerpenschleuse, 45 minutes north of Berlin by car. By public transport, you can reach your destination from HB Berlin in a good hour. There is a lot to discover: hiking/cycling in the Barnim Nature Park, in the Schorfheide Wildlife Park or in the UNESCO protected Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. Golfing, paddling, swimming in the neighboring lakes, everything is possible. Two new bicycles are available for 10 euros/day per bicycle.

You live in a converted stable building with a living area of 115 sqm on our lovingly renovated Dreiseitenhof. Our small village is located in the beautiful Brandenburg Havelland, just outside the gates of Berlin. We are only 30 minutes away by car from the city center of Berlin's Spandau district. Very close to us is the designer outlet center, Karls Elebnisdorf, the Elebnispark Paaren Glien, the golf course Kallin and also the Havellandradweg crosses our village.

Located in the middle of meadows, fields and forests, here you can enjoy peace and quiet and relaxation surrounded by our sheep, llamas, donkeys and cats. There is a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a roof bunk ( ceiling height maximum 150 cm) with 3 beds.
