We rent out the 1st floor of our home. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room with dining area and two sitting areas, one with TV, the other with views of the Oslofjord and Oscarsborg, a private kitchen and bathroom/toilet with bathtub and washing machine. Approx. 105 sqm. The home is located in a quiet cottage area with proximity to both forest and lake. Two outdoor spaces are accessible from the apartment. Short distance to Seierstenmarka. 12 min. walk to the swimming area by the fjord. 1.5 km to the bus stop. 2 km to the city center.

Get the feeling of being in the countryside, while it is close to the train station (4 min to walk) with 12 min to Oslo. Walking distance to the center of Kolbotn, with shops/restaurants, and train/bus to Oslo. 10 min by car to Tusenfryd. 5 min by car to The well, Nord Europe's largest spa.
