A fantastic great home located in quiet area, with a raw view. The place is centrally located on Vinterbro within walking distance to shopping center, bus to Oslo and 2 min to motorway E6/E18. Tusenfryd is only 5 minutes away. The accommodation is new in 2023 and has all amenities, e.g. pool, sauna, 4 bathrooms/WC, large terrace with outdoor grill, TV, wifi as well as all appliances, etc. The house has 6 fixed sleeping places: 1 parent bedroom + 4 single bedrooms. If needed, it is possible to insert a camping bed in the TV living room.

The villa has a large private garden with its own dock and lovely views over Kolbotnvannet. The garden has several patios where you can enjoy the sun from early morning to late evening. The space in front of the house has a large seating area and dining table with space for 12. For the children there is a trampoline, swing and a playroom. Built in 1919 and completely renovated in 2015, the house offers everything one might expect from a modern residence. Large bedrooms, large social zones, large windows and modern facilities.

If you want to combine rural idyll with short distance to most places, then we would like to welcome you to accommodation at Stabburet. Simple standard (bathroom in the barn, but toilet inside). Trips in Østmarka National Park, sauna, disc golf, kubb, football, roof terrace or billiards, shuffleboard, table tennis and darts, depending on the weather and mood. Direct bus to Oslo (41 min).
