Clean house with new furniture and fixtures, equipped with all utensils, wifi and more. Didier is a very friendly person and was always responsive to messages. Too bad the garden is a bit neglected, with a little care the accommodation would really become a little gem. Be careful if you have a long car (SUV or station wagon or in any case longer than about 4.40 meters) because the parking is a bit tight and requires some maneuvering to get in/out. It might be a problem to have room to maneuver if the parking lot is full.

We, a family with two teenagers, spent two weeks at Basile's holiday home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very well-equipped and very bright, with a view of the surrounding nature from the living room. Wonderful! When it's cool, like spring at home, it's very nice to light the wood burning stove. The surroundings have a lot to offer: There are pretty small towns, the towns of the French Riviera, as well as much more. It's absolutely necessary to take a walk to the Bories du Verdon, it's very impressive! It's like the Grand Canyon. Basile is very helpful and friendly, and answer any questions immediately. We enjoyed our stay very much and can recommend the holiday home unreservedly. Wonderful!

my family and I had a great stay at Benjamin's place. The place is quiet and ideally located with everything nearby! In addition, Benjamin is full of good little tips. We were able to enjoy its well-equipped garden with pool and lovely house without incident despite the 2 babies! We recommend this host without hesitation!

We had a wonderful stay at Melanie’s! She was a wonderful host. Her house is also super kid friendly - there was no need for us to bring toys for our daughter. She didn’t even want to leave!! There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy most of what you need, a boulangerie where you can get delicious baguettes and croissants, and a delicious espresso place. She was also super communicative - we had ordered from Amazon as we needed a couple of things that we couldn’t find in stores and she was super flexible about it. The house was spacious and since we had a car, it was easy to get around! I highly recommend this place! It is just beautiful!

We had a lovely stay in Fayence. Lots of hikes and beautiful perched villages to discover nearby. Very nice hosting by Marie and Laurent. The accommodation is very pleasant, functional, very quiet with a very well wooded and arranged garden. We recommend this listing without hesitation.

We loved having great restaurants in the evenings just a few minutes walk from the house. Beautiful view from the terrace and the balcony. Great location with parking space. Access to a big clean pool.

We had the pleasure of spending a week with Marie-Anne and were very warmly welcomed by her. She fully respects the privacy of her guests and is always available quickly and helpfully for any questions. The pool and garden were released for our own use, which we really liked. The location of the property is quiet and pleasant, perfect for relaxing, and at the same time an ideal starting point for excursions in the area. The apartment fully corresponds to the pictures and offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Nice big apartment near the train station. 7 minute walk to Palais. There were only 2 of us, the apartment is big enough for 2 couple or a family of 5-6.

great apartment with a beautiful terrace. The bed is good, the kitchen is convenient. Beware of the big ones, the ceiling height is limited but not inconvenient for a normal person. Very well placed in the old Nice.

We stayed in Fabio's apartment from April 17 to 22. When we arrived there was the co-host Cyril who was very kind and available as also the other co-host Laure who gave us several information to help us better discover and appreciate Antibes. We had a great time together! The apartment is as in the description and in the photos: clean, tidy and very bright. There's a great view! It's easy to walk to the beaches of Juan le Pins in about 5 minutes and there is an Intermarché very close by. In addition, it is the ideal place for those who like us have children because there are very close play areas. Very recommended accommodation. We'll be happy to go back!

Stayed here for a week with my partner and 5 month old whilst visiting family in Nice and this place ticked all the boxes. Central location - which was ideal for us walking with the pram . We also had the fallback option of the tram line close by as well. Plenty of shops / restaurants near by. Very spacious & clean apartment , plus the view from the balcony was stunning 🤩

Inna was a wonderful host! She was incredibly communicative with us and met us upon arrival to give us a tour of the space. The apartment was exactly as described in photos and was the perfect sanctuary during my work trip at Cannes. There was plenty of space (I had my family with me) for each of us and I really appreciated having working AC in all rooms. Shops and restaurants were very close by - I would definitely stay here again.

A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child. This studio facing the sea is a jewel, very well-equipped and cozy, Wendy made sure we lacked nothing! I would recommend it without hesitation!

We stayed at Eva's place to enjoy the three-day Easter weekend. Unfortunately, we weren't able to meet Eva on Friday night because we arrived late because of traffic jams. In any case, we were very satisfied with the accommodation offered (decoration, equipment) and the location (we had the car). I thank Eva for her message availability and address recommendations. We keep this address for a possible stay in Nice in summer to enjoy the pool and terrace.

Fabulous location in the old town but set higher up and back from the busy main area but still handy for a daily morning boulangerie trip. Has a fabulous backdrop of the castle area and gardens and in a very pretty historical area. Balcony is a fabulous bonus as we did have pleasant spring weather. Lovely French neighbours also. Bed very comfy with quality linen. Beach accessories (towel and padded seats), shower gel, coffee, t/rolls etc all provided and great when you only travel with hand luggage, thank you. Apartment is just beautiful and retains the French charm decor with shutters and large long windows making it very light. Fabulous week touring the area with my 17 yr old daughter who loved the whole vibe of this accommodation and the Nice area. Owners very responsive & quick to answer any text messages, offered suggestions and helpful hints and tips. Thank you, would recommend 100%

Stefane’s home is the best! Beautiful accommodations with everything you need. Gorgeous park-like setting. Great sunsets. Stefane was very helpful and accommodating. His neighbors are also very kind. We very much enjoyed our time in his home and in St. Raphael.

We loved the location of Cheng’s apartment. It was close to many restaurants, and about a 15 minute walk to the Cros-sur- Mer train station. The view was breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and watching the people walk/bike by, and the planes take off and land at the Nice airport. We rented the 2 bedroom terrace apartment. There is no designated kitchen but had a microwave, small refrigerator, cooktop and sink on the outdoor terrace. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable.
