We had lovely days at Heathers place. Lots of nice things to do in the area, but also lovely to come back at the house for a nice swim, just relaxing, enyoing the view, etc. We also liked the well equipped kitchen.

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

Laurence’s house is beautiful and very clean. It is in a nice quiet area with easy access to lots of lovely places.

We had the pleasure of spending a week with Marie-Anne and were very warmly welcomed by her. She fully respects the privacy of her guests and is always available quickly and helpfully for any questions. The pool and garden were released for our own use, which we really liked. The location of the property is quiet and pleasant, perfect for relaxing, and at the same time an ideal starting point for excursions in the area. The apartment fully corresponds to the pictures and offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Fabrics was very helpful and responded quickly to all messages. We were able to check in early. The location of the villa is excellent, there is no need for a car. The villa and pool were great for our trip to France.

A perfect setting in the hills, the apartment is at the top, functional and very nice. The sauna and spa tub a delight to relax!! A hearty, and local breakfast, don't hesitate to come try!!

Very cozy, well-equipped and spacious apartment for 4. It feels like home. The environment is quiet and peaceful with all amenities quickly accessible. A fairly exceptional place for the French Riviera: quiet, welcoming with an environment without vis-à-vis, very green and full sky. This allows you to distance yourself from the frenzy of the French Riviera during these summer periods. Communication with Joyce is easy and confident, making it easy to feel good. And lots of little touches made us feel like friends. Similarly, the house is very nicely decorated with taste and simplicity (different from photos and even prettier) and it is very well equipped. And, as regulars of the Colle sur Loup for over 30 years, we definitely recommend Maison Joa Terra!

We’ve just returned from the most glorious week at Casa Blanca! The villa is absolutely beautiful, had everything we needed for everyone in our party (with age ranges from 4-70’s), and was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Per Magnus and Sophie (the concierge) were so helpful and responsive and always on call for anything we needed. The local village was beautiful and had a range of cafes, restaurants and shops and then Saint-Maxime is only 10 minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already discussed returning next year for even longer. Thank you!

Large house with a really nice pool area overlooking the mountains in private and quiet surroundings. Well equipped kitchen and aircon in all bedrooms and in kitchen-dining area.

Two families; We had a great vacation with 4 adults and 4 children. Les Issambres is a nice, clean neighborhood; We were able to find many beaches and alternative activities in the immediate area. Pigeon Vole, on the other hand, is a very attentive and pleasant house, thanks to its garden, its view, its libraries, its paintings on the wall and its kitchen equipment.

Sylvie and Julien rent a very charming house located on the mountainside of St. Maxime. The house has 2 separate bedrooms, a kitchen-living room and a green area with terrace. The pool of the neighboring house can also be used. Walking, you are in the city center in 10 minutes. We felt very comfortable and would love to stay there again.

We had a wonderful week and particularly enjoyed the picturesque surroundings and outside areas of the villa. It’s a lovely location and well placed to drop down to the sea. Thank you to Julie Anne and Dave for your recommends (hopping on the boat to St Tropez was super convenient).

We hope to be lucky enough to one day return. This was a beautiful, relaxing spot and we all (2 families traveling together) enjoyed our stay so much. It is obvious that this home has been used to make beautiful family memories, it is charming and comfortable and was well appointed with everything we needed to enjoy our time. We all wished we had a few more days to relax at the house and explore the immediate area.
