The cabin has a modern standard and can offer a quiet atmosphere with Skogshorn as a view, large and nice terrace outside and fire pit. You can take a lovely bath in the bathtub, fire in the fireplace or take a quiet relaxing day with a book in bed. There are many hiking opportunities at Golsfjellet both winter and summer, ski slopes and nice bike paths. It takes about 25 minutes to Hemsedal with Norway's largest alpine resort, restaurants and High and Low climbing park. The nearest grocery store is Joker Robru about 10 minutes from the cabin.

THE CABIN - is a newly built cabin (2024), located in a small cabin area on Oppheimsåsen with quiet surroundings. This is a cabin that is excellent for the extended family, or several families. The cabin has a high and modern standard. There are ski slopes right outside, bike path, fishing water, as well as several mountain hikes nearby. Experience nature and a simple life. There are no cars, no facilities, and no other people close by. Outhouse, wood burning, a simple kitchen with gas for cooking. Striking nature just outside the door, with forest, marshes, water and endless hiking opportunities. In the winter, the ski slopes stretch for miles. At the same time, the sturgeon is only 12 km from Sundre (Ål city center), about 20 minutes by car, and 7 km from Ål ski center, about 12 minutes by car. There are three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, small TV lounge, bathroom with tiled floor/shower and laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Heater cables in bathroom, laundry room and outside aisle. Large deck and fire pit. Wood-fired sauna in your own annex. Great hiking opportunities all year round. High standard ski slopes. The cabin is very small, but quite comfortable. (Around 10 kvm) The bathroom is separate. Rustic interior. Most suitable for couples and good friends. If you need more space, take a look at the other cabin on our farm, (Cottage anno 1711) Sauna can be rented. 300NOK / 30 Euro per use. If you arrive by train or bus, we can pick you up at the station. For this we will charge 150 NOK / 15 Euro per way.
