Waterfront vacation rentals in Općina Preko

Proveli smo prekrasnih 10 dana u miru i tišini. Apsolutno ništa ne nedostaje u apartmanima, čak imaju i refillove za komarce. Ukoliko Vam nesto zatreba, Marko ce zajedno sa svojim tatom otici sutradan ujutro u Preko i kupiti vam. Domacini preljubazni, stoje Vam na raspolaganju cijeli dan. Definitivno se vracamo. Otok je miran, po noci je tišina. Preporucam ranojutarnje setnje po otoku, te dok ste u šetnji, spustite si niz stepenice do uvale i zaplivajte u beskrajno čistom moru. This was my third time staying there. You can't beat the location and the rooftop Jacuzzi was very nice.

Appartement très bien situé, avec une vue splendide et à 2 pas de la plage. Très calme. Emy est vraiment très accueillante et toujours disponible quand on a besoin de quelque chose, tout en étant discrète.

Preko is quiet city, we enjoyed our stay. Jere and His mom are great hosts. The communication was fast and the apartment was comfy and exactly hanging over the sea. We enjoyed morning views every day. I reccomend this place and would like to come back some day.

Je recommande vivement cet hébergement, j'ai passé d'agréables moments avec mes trois enfants, ma première visite pour la Croatie et j'aurai sûrement envie d'y retourner chez Jagoda. Un super plateau de fromage à l'accueil et une délicieuse tarte aux pommes pour le départ avec un petit cadeau pour mon fils ☺️ La description de la maison est fidèle à la réalité. La mer se situe à 5 min à pieds. De la terrasse nous avons observé le couché du soleil et nous avons profiter de la vue sur mer. Mes fils sont ravis et moi aussi 😍 Vous pouvez avoir confiance à 100%. Der Aufenthalt in Dijanas Ferienwohnung war einfach fantastisch! Dijana ist eine unglaublich nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Sie war immer hilfsbereit und stand für alle Fragen zur Verfügung, wodurch wir uns sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt haben. Die Wohnung selbst war perfekt – besonders der atemberaubende Meerblick war ein Highlight! Alles war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Wir haben die Ruhe und die wunderschöne Umgebung sehr genossen. Vielen Dank, Dijana, für diese wundervolle Zeit – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Wir hatten die Terrassenwohnung und waren begeistert. Der Weg zum Meer ist kurz und der Ausblick ist toll. Die Umgebung ist auch mit Hund schön zu erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with a beautiful view from the large balcony. It is tucked in a quiet corner of the small island village, very private and charming. A divine swimming cove with sweeping views of the mountains is steps from the apartment. Deniza is a gracious and helpful host. We would love to visit again!

Such a good house in great location. Couple of bits of wear and tear, big sliding door wouldn’t move, sunshade broken and pool took days to get sorted after a massive rainstorm - didn’t really spoil things. Really chilled with the sea on the doorstep.

Bellissima casa fronte mare, ha superato le nostre aspettative. Gli spazi sono ampi, curati e la pulizia era impeccabile. Giardino perfetto, sono presenti: una comoda doccia da esterno, una griglia a gas che abbiamo usato ogni sera per una settimana (li vicino c'è un ottimo mercato del pesce suggerito dagli host). Gli host Suzana e Pero hanno reso l'esperienza indimenticabile, sono state persone ospitali, attente e disponibili. Sicuramente torneremo!

Wir hatten einen wunder schönen Urlaub, man kann entweder den Stein Strand fuss läuft in 2 min Wählen. Oder wie wir den für die Kinder 8-12 mit Sand, der ist ca. in 10 min erreichbar. Unsere Kidis waren happy mit dem Sand Strand, die konnten so unglaublich weit rein laufen und mußten sich nicht nur vorne aufhalten. In der Ferien zeit, können die Kinder in der Strand Bar Eis holen mit 1.90 Euro nicht günstig, aber dafür bekommt man trotzdem ordentlich Eis drauf und es schmeckt lecker 😋 auch die Pizza war lecker und erschwinglich. Die Unterkunft war für uns 5 ok, der Eingang ist etwas schmal weil dort ein Tisch steht. Aber der war praktisch um den Einkauf drauf zu stell. Der nach etwas umstellen im Schrank fast immer gut rein gepasst hat. In der Sommer Zeit Mücken spray mit nehmen, am besten eins das auch gegen Tiger Mücken hilft sonst wird man fies gestochen. Einkäufe kann man zu fuss machen sind nur einmal um die Ecke. Wir kommen gerne jeder Zeit wider 👌.

Dali was wonderful and gave us a warm welcome. She was there to clean the pool and answer any questions we had about the area. Very friendly and kind. The house was comfortable and well equity with everything we wanted and more! We had a wonderful stay and everyone enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach!

Veldig fin, ren, velutstyrt leilighet med fantastisk utsikt og beliggenhet. Stille og rolig beliggenhet. Rett ved stranden og små lokale restauranter i gang avstand. Vi har kost oss.

Incredible view, right on the water and can hear the waves all night. The house was as described, welcoming and helpful hosts. We were sad the jacuzzi wasn’t working but otherwise had a great stay!

This place is truly amazing—recently renovated with stylish furniture throughout and a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need. It’s in a perfect location too, just a 5-minute walk to the city center and only 2 minutes from a supermarket. Super convenient and comfortable!

Przepiękny, nowoczesny, ekskluzywny, przestrzenny apartament, idealnie położony nad samą wodą tuż przy deptaku.Bardzo dobrze wyposażony, smart tv w każdej sypialni, czyściutkie ręczniki, dobra pościel, ładna zastawa, dostępna chemia, pralka, leżaki to wszystko uczyniło pobyt przyjemniejszym. Świetna komunikacja i przemiły pan Josip, który w świąteczny dzień przywiózł swój prywatny kabel hdmi, doceniam i dziękuję. Blisko sklep spożywczy, cisza i spokój. Polecam

It was perfect - near seaside, perfect apartament and Davor and his wife were very nice. We will come again here.

Het was een heel mooi apartement, met alles wat je nodig hebt. Heel goed te bereiken met de auto en met een prachtig uitzicht. Je hoeft maar 100 meter te lopen voor een heerlijk strandje. Communicatie met Petra verliep ook heel goed. Het enige minpuntje is dat er geen rolluik is waardoor je sochtends heel vroeg wakker wordt. Verder echt een top ruimte dus bedankt Petra!

The apartment is just like in the photos, spacious, clean and has rich amenities. The sea is really very close, 1-minute walk. Within 3 minutes the shores have shallow water with sand beneath that make it a great fit for families with small children. I would come back anytime to the apartment and the surroundings too. Our host was also very kind and responsive, she made sure that we can occupy the apartment as soon as possible - in fact we could get the keys 4.5 hours before the previously settled time.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - die Wohnung war sauber, geräumig und modern. Wir haben die Terrasse mit der wunderbaren Aussicht auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang geliebt. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Nin, Zadar, bzw. die Erkundung der vielseitigen Landschaft mit dem Fahrrad oder E-Scooter optimal. Ein schöner Sandstrand ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren absolut lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Vom Kontakt zu Maja bis hin zum Apartment selbst war alles super. Maja hat einen vorab mit allen nötigen Infos versorgt, sodass die Wegfindung zum Apartment und das einchecken wirklich entspannt war. Das Apartment ist wie beschrieben modern eingerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist fußläufig erreichbar, genauso wie das Meer. Wer sich allerdings an das Wasser legen möchte, sollte sich eine dickere Decke einpacken. ( Kieselstrand ) Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Pobyt w apartamencie u Kristina w Bibinje był wspaniały. Dom położony przy samej plaży. Kontakt z Kristina rewelacyjny i natychmiastowy. Byliśmy tam z żona tydzień i było super. Sklepy niedaleko, bary i restauracje. Plaża czysta. Bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie i zameldowanie. Apartament bardzo czysty. Było wszystko co potrzebne a nawet więcej. Świetna niespodzianka od gospodarza Kristina to przepyszne praliny i nalewka, które czekały na nas w apartamencie jak przybyliśmy. Na pewno tu wrócimy!
