Vacation rentals with a pool in Općina Preko

Such a good house in great location. Couple of bits of wear and tear, big sliding door wouldn’t move, sunshade broken and pool took days to get sorted after a massive rainstorm - didn’t really spoil things. Really chilled with the sea on the doorstep.

Die Unterkunft war echt schön. Wir waren zu 7. dort und durch die getrennten Wohnungen hatte man auch abends immer seine Ruhe. Die Küchen sind super ausgestattet und hat das Kochen für 7 Personen sehr schön gemacht. Vor allem das Beach House bietet sich super dafür an. Der Pool war auch immer sauber und ist ein schönes extra gewesen. :) Die Unterkunft ist fußläufig 15-20 Minuten von der Fähre entfernt, was es uns einfach gemacht hat, auch mal einen Tag in Zadar zu verbringen. Einkaufen waren wir immer bei TOMMYS, der ist auch 15 Minuten entfernt aber es gibt auch näher gelegen viele andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir würden die Unterkunft bei Andrea auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen! :)

Ivan jest niezwykle przyjaznym i komunikatywnym właścicielem. Na miejscu było wszystko czego potrzeba aby poczuć się jak w domu, zdecydowanie polecam !

Vi kunde nog inte haft ett bättre boende. 4 sovrum med varsina toaletter var mycket uppskattat. Pool, grill, balkonger i olika riktningar, solbäddar, liten lekplats mm. Nära till strand och matbutik. För oss, ett sällskap på 7 personer, så kunde vi få både avskildhet och gemenskap. Perfekt. En extra stjärna för en mycket bra och tillmötesgående husvärd.

An Unforgettable Stay at Villa Dekorti ! We were a group of 6 friends who stayed at Villa Dekorti for 5 days. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and precisely matched the photos, if not even better. Everything was spotless, and there was nothing to fault. The villa boasted a stunning view of the sea and was just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Two small shops and several restaurants were located nearby, easily accessible on foot. Lovre Ivkovic was an exceptionally kind and helpful individual. He promptly provided accurate responses to our questions and was quick to address any concerns. On our first day, he warmly welcomed us and offered a bunch of great suggestions for activities. Each day spent in this villa was a true delight, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay in one of your provided accommodations once again.

Clearly, individual opinions can be subjective, so I should first mention that we are very experienced travellers who explore using our own car, always accompanied by our three Chihuahuas. Over the last 10 years alone, we have covered over 100,000 miles across Europe. This property was perfect for us, and here are the reasons why, listed in order of importance: A secluded, well-fenced, and private garden area. The road itself was exceptionally quiet, yet a main road was just 300 metres away. The property overlooked open land at the front and side. It was spacious. It was fully modernised with first-class fixtures and fittings. The Wi-Fi was excellent. The heating system was effective. The hot water system and shower pressure were outstanding. Other points worth noting: We stayed for two weeks. The centre of Zadar was reachable within 15 minutes by car (in February). The old town of Zadar was beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm. This was a very worthwhile and enjoyable visit.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Marja war einfach unbeschreiblich schön! Das Haus ist ein wahrgewordener Traum – jedes einzelne Zimmer war noch schöner als das andere, liebevoll eingerichtet und bis ins kleinste Detail perfekt abgestimmt. Wenn ich irgendwann selbst ein Haus bauen dürfte, würde ich es genauso aussehen lassen – stilvoll, gemütlich und voller Herz. Man spürt in jedem Winkel, wie viel Liebe und Mühe Marja und ihr Mann hineingesteckt haben. Marja und ihr Mann waren die perfekten Gastgeber – aufmerksam, herzlich und unglaublich zuvorkommend. Es war, als könnten sie unsere Wünsche lesen, noch bevor wir sie ausgesprochen haben. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und umsorgt gefühlt. Man merkt sofort: Hier geht es nicht nur um Gastfreundschaft, hier geht es um echtes Gastgeber-Herzblut. Auch die Lage ist einfach fantastisch: Nur wenige Schritte entfernt gibt es Supermärkte für alles, was man braucht, und der wunderschöne Strand liegt praktisch direkt vor der Haustür.

Lovely place, we enjoyed the indulgence of the hot tub after a day visiting villages and the national park. The luxury of sitting in the hot water in the evening overlooking the beautiful views. Our stay was peaceful and relaxed, our accommodation had everything we needed, was comfortable and clean.

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

What a find! Our flight was delayed 3 hours, so we didn’t arrive until 3.30am. Our host Marijana was up and waiting for us. We were made to feel so welcome. Toni also took us to the supermarket the next day. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The apartment/villa was big and spotless. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. Lovely big shower. Towels provided for both shower and beach towels. We stayed on the ground floor - huge patio and a few steps to the pool which we had to ourselves most of the time. It is open from 9am to 10pm. Lovely and warm and the furniture around the pool was really comfortable. We didn’t hire a car. It is about 30 minutes walk into Zadar Centre but only 5 € in an Uber. We loved Zadar but the accommodation is what made the holiday so fantastic. You rarely find hosts as lovely as Mirjana and Toni. Always on hand and they even made us a lovely breakfast on our last day. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!

Hôte parfait. Très à l’écoute des besoins et très disponible. Il nous a beaucoup aidé et a été très rapide et efficace dans nos demandes. La maison est exceptionnelle avec jardin et piscine privative. La cuisine d’été et la grande table à manger avec tous les ustensiles étaient très apprécié. Un super séjour. Je le recommande sans hésitation. Exceptionnel!

Really enjoyed our week in Zadar and the apartment was ideal. Walkable location to the old town and with plenty of local restaurants and seaside walks. Fabulous pool and outdoor kitchen. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

This villa is totally beautiful, tastfully furnished and immaculately clean. It has everything in place to make it a real home from home. We could not have asked for anything else. The kitchens are well stocked with utensils, crockery, cutlery etc as well as a freezer full of ice. Our host also provided us with his home made wine on arrival which was very appreciated as the shops were already closed by the time we got there. He was also happy to provide more as and when it was required. All the bedrooms are air conditioned and the beds extremely comfortable. There are plenty of showers to meet the needs of all those staying. The villa is situated in a very sleepy town with only a shop and a bar so we found having a car a must. There are other towns and beaches only a short drive away or there is the option to drive further afield if you wish. All in all I could not recommend this villa highly enough.

Ich war absolut begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt! Das Haus ist einfach wunderschön und unglaublich sauber – man hätte wirklich vom Boden essen können, so ordentlich war alles. Die Einrichtung ist mit sehr viel Stil und Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Auch die Gastgeber waren mehr als freundlich – die Kommunikation vor und während unseres Aufenthalts war hervorragend. Es gab wirklich nichts, worüber man sich beschweren könnte. Wir waren im April dort und konnten den Pool leider noch nicht nutzen, aber wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder, wenn es wärmer ist. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Unterkunft!

We had an amazing stay in the House Nisa! The house was impeccable and spacious, with convenient amenities. The pool was the highlight of the stay - large, comfortable, and enjoyable. Moreover, the hosts were very kind, treating us to the delicious fruits and vegetables from their garden. A bit more storage in the bathroom and toilet would be appreciated, but overall, it was a fantastic experience. We highly recommend this place for an exceptional vacation.
