We had a fantastic stay at this charming accommodation on Ugljan! The house exudes a warm and positive energy. The hosts were exceptional, providing an extra crib for our baby and bicycles for us to explore the island. The spacious terrace and the proximity to several beautiful beaches made our stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were incredibly supportive, offering lots of information and a warm welcome. Their hospitality made our stay memorable. We were a group of four adults and two small children (2 years and 6 months), and the accommodation was perfect for our needs. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay on Ugljan.

Ernica gave us a beautiful place to stay. Vrlo gostoljubiva gazdarica i prekrasna osoba. Imali smo divnih tjedan dana u prostoru koji je nudio sve potrebno za odmor. Za one kojima je bitan internet, WiFi je bio odličan. Odlično opremljena kuhinja i kupaona. Apartman je na svega 3 min od plaže i iznimno smo sretni što smo mogli uživati u Kaliu. Ernica provided us with wonderful accommodation. A very hospitable landlady and a wonderful person. We had a wonderful week in a space that offered everything we needed for a vacation. For those who care about the internet, WiFi was great. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is only 3 minutes from the beach and we are extremely happy to be able to enjoy Kali.

We were a group of girls and had a really great stay. The villa had everything you need and was exactly as shown in the pictures. Contact with the host was straightforward and quick. We were completely satisfied and would come back.

Excellent family accommodation. Plenty of private and shady outdoor space, large living area and a well equipped kitchen. Thomas is friendly and informative and communication via email and text was very easy. We travelled with 4 teenage children and thoroughly enjoyed Preko’s relaxing atmosphere. We would not hesitate to recommend Thomas’s place and would love to revisit in the future.

hands down one if the nicest villas ive ever stayed in more than everything you need is there 5 minutes to the beach marin was quick on the response if there was anything i needed highly recommend and would 100 percent stay here again 10/10

We really enjoyed the stay at the accommodation in Diklo. The fast and impeccable communication , the equipment of the house, etc. The only criticism: It could have been more clearly stated that the pool is shared with the neighboring house. But this remains the only criticism. We really liked the holiday in the Yellow House and can only recommend the place!

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. We immediately felt at home and definitely want to come back. Our highlights were the pool with the pool toy, the jacuzzi overlooking the mountains, the dining table and the hanging chair outside.

Had a great stay at Lidija's! She was incredibly helpful, responded super quickly to any questions, and asked regularly if everything was okay – really an excellent host service. The house itself was perfectly equipped: a fully equipped kitchen, bikes, a shuttlecock set, a pool and even a hot tub – we didn't miss anything. A small downside: The wifi on the upper floor was a bit weak. On the ground floor and outside, on the other hand, it ran flawlessly with up to 250 Mbps – so absolutely sufficient. Overall a completely successful stay. Thank you Lidija!

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

10/10 stay, the place was just as described and shown in the photos. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely aim to come back in the future. The host are lovely and very responsive with lots of local recommendations. The rooms were perfect and the activities in the villa were amazing. Highly recommend

My family of seven stayed here for two nights and had a great time. The apartment is lovely, very well-maintained, and just as described. It is not really walking distance to the old city, but there is a nice private parking space and the drive to town is short and parking near the town is affordable. Communication from the owner was proactive and instructions were clear. Our stay here was great, thank you!

Valentina's villa is great! Totally as described, very well maintained and clean, it is completely finished allowing our dog to roam freely. All the amenities are available and Valentina is a Superhost who is always there for you, she responds literally within minutes if you have a question. Just great!
