The apartment "Stefansdorf Wohnung 9", furnished in alpine style, is located in the middle of nature in St. Lorenzen near Bruneck and is an ideal starting point for numerous leisure activities in the Puster Valley. The 35 m² small apartment has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom with wooden ceiling and a bathroom and accommodates 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), underfloor heating and SAT-TV.

The apartment is located in the attic of a quiet residential building in the immediate vicinity of the city. There is NO elevator in the house. The parish church and the pedestrian zone of Bruneck can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. The valley station of the Kronplatz is a five-minute drive away. A bus stop is very close. The accommodation is suitable for sporty couples, families with children as well as for business travelers and solo travelers.

The apartment is located in the mittle of the centre of Brunico, a pretty small town between the Alps and the Dolomites. From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps. The apartment is very silence, there's a lot of sun all over the year and you can reach everything easily on foot. It is perfect for singles, couples and also for small familys. Garage available!
