Amazing value for money. The flat is reasonably well located and with Giannis' instructions very easy to find. Has all the amenities you need for a couple or more people and there are a few places to eat and drink within walking distance as well as supermarkets. Giannis is a crindly guy who was very forgiving when I inadvertently broke part of the shower fitting and was always contactable if we needed anything. 10/10 would stay again

Kika and her family were great hostes. They provided the apartment with all you need. Great place for famlies,grocerys and bakery very close by. This area is in general very quite. Kika and her family were very helpfull and friendly. We are very happy that we found that place and we hope to come back another time.

We stayed in this apartment for 9 nights and had a wonderful experience. The place was clean, spacious, beautifully arranged, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the four balconies—two with a view of the garden and two overlooking the private parking area. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook and feel at home throughout our stay. What we loved most was the complete peace and quiet, both during the day and at night—it made this one of the most relaxing vacations we've had in a long time. The garden is absolutely lovely, well-maintained, full of flowers and fruit trees. Yannis is an amazing host—very friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed recommendations or assistance. We would love to come back here for our future holidays. Thank you so much!

Our stay at Ioannes' was really wonderful. The description of the pictures corresponds exactly to what we found: the apartment was modern and aesthetically furnished, tidy and clean. From the parasol for the beach to the ironing board to pots and pans, everything you need for a nice vacation was there. And you are also right on the sea! Ioannes was very personable and welcomed us in Kalyves in a friendly way. We especially liked the flexibility and hospitality of Ioannes: not only were we able to check into the apartment at 1:00 am (due to the very late flight) without any problems, but we were also greeted with a small snack. The contact with Ioannes was pleasant, smooth and hassle-free. We can definitely recommend the apartment.
