House is exactly as advertised. It’s new, modern and easy to stay in. Katti and Stefan were excellent hosts and responsive and helpful at all times. You will need a car as the location is remote, but easy to find. Would recommend as a base for local ski resorts in the winter.

Cornelia is very welcoming and kind We received all the needed information a few days before our arrival ; A welcoming gift waited for us in the fridge The house in a very peaceful Land, the flat is wide, with balcony and garden; it is extra clean, well furnished It was just perfect !

Villa Romenthal is an extremely luxurious and very individually designed accommodation with a wonderful terrace from which you have a very nice view of Lake Ammersee. Katja is a very kind and helpful woman who is very communicative. My husband and I stayed in the loft for five nights and we felt completely comfortable. The space is very bright and spacious, very tastefully furnished and there is everything you need for a successful vacation. We can recommend this apartment without any restriction.

Here's a slightly improved version for more fluidity and naturalness: --- The apartment has a lot of character, neat decoration and very good equipment. The living room is comfortable, with a modern dining table, sofa and TV. A small balcony allows you to enjoy the sun in the afternoon. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The place is particularly quiet, ideal for relaxation. The owners are very welcoming and always available to provide information about the area if needed.

We had a lovely Easter weekend with the family in Bad Tölz. The vacation home is a small but very cozy and clean. The place was just as described. It should only be mentioned that all bedrooms are only separated with towels and no doors - but this was no problem for us as a family. Pia & Ferdinand were always helpful with questions in advance and also during the stay you sent lovely tips for exploring the area. The little cute cottage is definitely recommended by us 😊

Amazing apartment, great host. And the view from the balcony is out of this world. The only "drawback" for us was the too soft bed. If necessary, the mattress could be renewed here again. Otherwise, everything was great and Bettina was a great host!

Vlad is a great host, and the place is neat and tidy, on a walking distance from the bus stop for the aki buses. We are deeply thankful for the chats we had with Vlad and for his hospitality. We missed the chance to grab a beer or two together, we will do it next time!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was incredible with gorgeous views. Looking out the big windows was a favorite pastime for all of us. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The play area in the basement was amazing for our kids. The host was very kind and helpful if we needed anything. A highlight for us was eating local products from the little self-serve farm shop close by. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Great Airbnb for family. The location is perfect, close to the train station and the main street - Ludwig street. We were being warmly welcomed by Marina and Konstantin. Moreover, Marina provided us several local recommendations. We enjoyed staying here. This ended up the most favourite Airbnb of my family among their stays in Europe. Underrated airbnb! Our family of five had an absolute blast at Roswhita place. The entire place is so well put together that we wish to replicate it at our place down under. From the unbelievably well kitted out kitchen to the comfy sofas, to the Wii (such a clever move), to the clean Lego, room specific underfloor heating, comfortable beds, gorgeous views of the endless enormous windows... such a cozy home. Impeccable. The location? a quiet town with classic German B roads that were Disney looking in winter. The perfect location to relax, truly feel at home and be relatively close to Legoland, Munich, thermal swimming, etc... We will be back 😊.

We arrived and were all immediately impressed! We didn't miss anything and our expectations were more than exceeded. Everything is high quality, spacious and lovingly furnished. The kitchen was also a dream and equipped with everything. The bathroom was also extremely luxurious, rounded off with the sauna, to spend a relaxing wellness weekend. The hosts were always easily accessible and provided us with all the necessary information. I'm sure we'll be back!!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Super central location, lots of restaurants and shopping right around the corner. Check-in with Lucia was very pleasant and straightforward. She gave us many tips (which we could use well in the rather moderate weather:)). We can highly recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back.

Nina was a wonderful host - always helpful and responsive and left wonderful welcome goodies for us. The property was perfect, well kept, great location, and just beautiful and comfortable. Just a note for others visiting - a large car will have trouble in the underground parking garage. My husband's car was fine there. We had to bring 2 cars so finding street parking for my big van was difficult, but that is not the hosts fault, of course. Just a note to be aware of if you're visiting. :) Many hikers seem to park on that street, plus the residents and it is always full. Everything was great at the apartment! Thank you!

Our second time staying in one of Andreas’ places. A great stay, within 20 mins walk to town. Hot water takes a while to kick in and we could have done with an additional towel for our toddler but all in all a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment right above Melanie and Thomas over Easter. From the start, the atmosphere was very familiar and warm – interpersonally, it just worked out great. The apartment itself really leaves nothing to be desired: high-quality furnishings, with a lot of love for detail, and absolutely perfect for longer stays. We were particularly impressed by the large terrace with fantastic views of the surrounding mountain landscape – a real highlight! Thank you for the wonderful time, we will be happy to come back!

We were on site as a family for the first time. The surroundings are beautiful, you can experience many things. The yard is nicely secluded from the place, making it a special tranquility. The lake is within walking distance. The hosts are super friendly and helpful, we felt very welcome. The highlight was of course the short ride of our little daughter, which made the holiday perfect. We will definitely be back...

We were guests with a group of couples/friends at Theresia's. The place was great, I don't think you can be any closer to nature! The adjacent ski resorts are super accessible on foot or by ski bus. And the ski resorts in the Zillertal speak for themselves. Theresia was a great hostess and was always available to answer questions. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay in Gallzein! The cottage is quietly located and perfect for a few days of relaxation in the mountains. The equipment is basically completely fine, only in the kitchen we would have liked a few more bowls/functional pans. But absolutely not worth a point deduction, you could just bring them yourself next time. A car is mandatory and to get from A to B or to go shopping, but that's normal. 😊
