We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Francesco was very attentive and friendly. The apartment was spotless with great space and nice little details added. We’re sad we only stayed for one night!

Valentina was a wonderful and responsive host. She personally greeted me and showed me around the place. She also responded to me at midnight when I had trouble unlocking the door (hint: if the door doesn't unlock, firmly pull it and turn the lock to the left. it's because I didn't close it properly!). The apartment is small but clean and modern. Tiny shower but great water pressure and no issues with temperature. Modern appliances and a comfy bed. I had everything I needed and felt at peace. I will definitely stay here again when traveling to Parma! Thank you Valentina, you made my stay comfortable and gave me confidence to explore the city like a local. Btw Totino's pizza is down the street, surprisingly some of the best pizza I had in Parma.

Alles was zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Haben spontan gebucht, flexibler Check-In und ausreichend Kommunikation waren für uns sehr hilfreich. Wunderschöne, saubere Wohnung und ganz tolle Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Gerne wieder 😇

We were a group of nine traveling and had two ensuite rooms and the larger flat with the kitchen shared by five which had a large bathroom, a double room and a twin room and one double room with an ensuite. Everything was excellent. All our group had a great experience staying at Raffaella's accomodation and would highly recommend it. We would happily stay again if we return to Parma. Raffaella was available for advice on messenger after exchanging phone numbers at any time and responded quickly. She also helped with arranging taxis for our return to the train station. 10/10 for everything.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno perfetto! L’appartamento è pulitissimo, curato nei dettagli e dotato di tutto il necessario. La posizione è ottima per visitare Parma e i dintorni: a pochi minuti si trova il bel paesino di Fontanellato, dove c’è tutto quello che serve. Manuela è un’host simpatica, gentile e sempre disponibile, e il check-in/check-out sono stati semplicissimi. Un plus molto apprezzato: le biciclette messe a disposizione, ideali per esplorare la zona in tranquillità. Consigliatissimo!

Monia is the best!! She is very resposive and hospitable. The house is near the city center, and walkable disctance from restaurants, supermarket, central station and shops. The house is very cozy, everything is super clean and had what we needed and more. Highly recommeneded💯

Ivano è una persona estremamente disponibile, sensibile, empatica e veramente gentile! Ci ha accolto personalmente nella sua stupenda casa , 'perla preziosa' incastonata nell'appennino reggiano. Io e il mio compagno ci siamo subito sentiti a nostro agio. La bellezza del posto, la natura incontaminata, i colori, i profumi, il buon cibo, hanno accompagnato le nostre giornate rendendole uniche! L'abitazione è un angolo di paradiso, non manca nulla, tutto è curato nei minimi particolari, la pulizia impeccabile! Apprezzabile in particolare il grande giardino colmo di piante e fiori e un ampio terrazzo dove guardare le stelle o fare due chiacchiere al sole. Ci sono nei dintorni molte passeggiate e luoghi di interesse storico e artistico. A circa una ventina di minuti di macchina si raggiunge la maestosa Pietra di Bismantova e con una piacevole passeggiata si raggiunge la cima, dalla quale si può godere di un panorama mozzafiato! a circa cinquanta minuti anche l'importante Museo Cervi.

Die Unterkunft von Assunta und Ivan ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Sie haben dieses Haus zu zweit aus Holz, Stroh und Lehm gebaut, wirklich beeindruckend. Es ist sehr ruhig und großzügig, ich habe mich dort sehr gut erholt. Es gibt kein Internet und keinen Fernseher, was ich sehr angenehm fand. Die beiden sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit, dabei diskret. Ich durfte mitkommen in die Pizzeria ihres Sohnes, die beste Pizza, die ich seit Jahrzehnten gegessen habe. Zum Yoga sind wir auch einmal zusammen gegangen. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter. Im Normalfall braucht man ein Auto.

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε ένα ήσυχο προάστιο της Πάρμας, περίπου 20 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία. Παρόλο που είναι παλιά κατασκευή, είναι καλά συντηρημένο, εξοπλισμένο και άνετο. Πολύ εξυπηρετικό και ασφαλές το πάρκινγκ στην εσωτερική αυλή του οικήματος. Η Πάρμα είναι μια πολύ όμορφη πόλη, ορμητήριο για ενδιαφέρουσες εκδρομές στη γύρω περιοχή. Η Μαρτίνα ήταν πολύ βοηθητική σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε.

appartamento ben curato, non manca nulla. Zona comoda per raggiungere praticamente ogni zona di Parma in poco tempo. Marcello è stato fin da subito estremamente disponibile. Lo consigliamo sicuramente!

Very clean and very big apartment perfect for 4 or even 6 people I guess. Perfect location right down the street is the center of the city there is a good bar for good cappuccino.

Piccolo appartamento a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Facile da raggiungere e con una possibilità di parcheggiare poco distante in modo gratuito. Gentile e subito pronto a rispondere l' host. Un po' di rumore fino a dopo la mezzanotte. Una volta chiusi i due locali poco distanti regna il silenzio.

Alloggio a due passi dal Duomo è una garanzia quando si viene a Parma per lavoro o per vacanza, è stata la mia seconda volta e come sempre la Signora Marina è stata molto ospitale e disponibile per ogni esigenza.. pulizia e ordine della casa che offre tutti i confort per un piacevole soggiorno. Posizione strategica in quando davvero a due passi dal Duomo, subito in centro e con fermate del bus altrettanto vicine. Se dovessi consigliare o ritorna in questo alloggio? Assolutamente SI!

Soggiorno perfetto. L'alloggio si trova in posizione centrale, casa dotata di tutto l'occorrente e davvero ben arredata. Check in molto semplice grazie alle indicazioni ed alla disponibilità di Enrica. È stato un grande piacere!

Very convenient location, easy access and parking. Giovanni responded very fast and clearly. Easy to get to town center. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the apt. Would definitely return!

Nous sommes pleinement satisfaits de notre séjour dans l'appartement. Il nous a semblé plus grand que ce que laissait penser les photos. Il est très tranquille. Le jardin est vraiment un plus, surtout par beau temps. Nous le conseillons.
