Conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and all the great places to visit in downtown Parma. The flat has a feeling of tranquility and is comfortable. We shared it the apartment with a friend it was great for that because it has 2 bathrooms that have their own showers in them.

I spent New Year's Eve in Parma with my partner in Fausto's house and I have to say that the location was great !! It allowed us to move comfortably around the city. The house is very spacious, bright and well-stocked :) Communication with the host was excellent!

This is my second time staying in the apartments. Parking is very convenient, the location is great, within walking distance and driving distance. I recommend it.

Martina is a very scrupulous and helpful host. From the outset, she took care to give us all the useful information and met us regarding some needs they had. The apartment is in a strategic, residential area but close to the center. For any needs or maintenance, you can refer to a "trusted man" who lives nearby. We rented the apartment for the editorial staff of our newspaper on the occasion of the Festival of Work Culture because they needed spaces to work together and reach the festival venues easily. i would say a positive experience.

The perfect place to discover Parma. It is perfectly located to reach everything on foot and at the same time nice and quiet. A cute café right outside the front door - a few houses away a great trattoria. In addition, super nicely furnished - in the kitchen you will find everything you need to conjure up something at home (yes, at home😁). We felt very comfortable - for us there is now only one accommodation in Parma. :)

This is an amazing space. Very very clean. Lots of amenities. And a porch to walk out on and look down at the square and look at the views and watch the Starlings. You can walk everywhere and lots of shops and restaurants. Lots of comfortable space.

Everything was perfect, location and accommodation. The only flaw is that the host forces you to send your documents for the check by message and if you don't, he cancels your reservation. Finding myself in a situation of need, I was forced to accept this modus operandi, otherwise I didn't know where to go to sleep at the last moment. By law, the recognition must be done in person.

Location surrounded by greenery, a well-kept and cozy place where you can really "disconnect". The pool is fantastic, sorry the weather was not very kind, but the spaces in the house are well organized and we enjoyed the same situation. In the evening there was a cold out of season, but Alessandra and Stefano left us a heater and extra blankets so the discomfort was overcome! The center and services are just a few minutes away by car, you are close to restaurants, shops, shopping center, etc... The time of breakfast was a joy and the photo I remember with Matilde (the donkey) the icing on the cake... we will return to the first opportunity!

We had a great welcome, better than we could have expected! We only spent one night but it was really like feeling at home😊 Piotr is a super hospitable and friendly person. I recommend it to everyone for those who want to find a comfortable and familiar place in a really quiet area. 👌🏻

Greta and her family were very helpful and friendly. She responded to every question immediately with clear instructions. The location was top. Close to the centro storico, to the train station and restaurants. Very clean and cosy please. Very homey. We enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend it.

Strategic place in the center of Reggio Emilia. 5 minutes on foot from large convenient parking, 1 minutes from the sports hall in case of events. Very nice view of the square. Impeccable room and very clean bathroom. Practically perfect.

I've in Parma many times and I loved Nicolle's place. Hope to find it again next time. Is amazing how quiet is inside the apartment despite all the vibration and all-day life of the surroundings.... it was a NICE stay!!!

A 15-minute walk from the center of Parma, a half-hour drive from the RCF arena in Reggio Emilia. Clean house with all the comforts (air conditioning that cools the bathroom and bedroom!). Very helpful and welcoming host.

The apartment is well renovated, clean and functional. We stayed in 5, one night to attend an event held in the area and it perfectly met our needs. Manolo lives in the same building and is present in case of need.

We spent a few days in Cavriago, chosen as a "base" to attend a couple of concerts, one in Bologna (Cesare Cremonini) and one in Reggio Emilia (Ligabue). We had a great time, thanks to Colleen's place, which is really fantastic! Nothing is missing: parking, wireless internet (fast!), modern and perfectly functioning appliances, spacious and comfortable spaces. In addition, Colleen is a wonderful person: she welcomed us with a smile, despite a long delay caused by highway traffic, and explained everything with the utmost kindness and courtesy. In addition, the village is charming and... the food is delicious!!! If we have to go back to Emilia in the future, we will definitely come back here!

The accommodation perfectly matches the description and is also suitable for long stays as it is equipped with every comfort. The "unexpected" element was Emanuela, always courteous and helpful, a mine of news, including historical information about the local reality, with grace and without ever being intrusive, she allowed us to fully appreciate the local culture and the characteristics of the area.
