Samanta's place was everything I needed during the stay in Parma. Really great place and awesome host.

Alessandro sent us clear and precise instructions. This allowed us to arrive and leave independently. The apartment is very beautiful, functional and well-equipped. We enjoyed the air conditioning with temperatures of 38 degrees outside. Another appreciable point: we had access to a private and secure garage. No difficulty to go to the city center on foot in about 25 minutes. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Small space but fit our family of 4. Perfect for our needs at an excellent nightly rate. Check in was easy. Having access to a washer and dryer is bonus. We found free parking just around the corner on the main road. 5 min walk to a couple of grocery stores, and not far from the centre. Our 7 and 9 year old girls were able to walk it every day. If we came again we would stay again.

Great place. Convenient location, although a bit tricky to reach by car. We ended up parking 8 min away and carrying our luggage. Would be nice to know in advance how to reach the side road for unloading. The place itself is spacious and comfortable, even though it is very echo-y. Air conditioning works beautifully.

Large accommodation located in a large house with a very large garden. Ideal with young children. It has everything you need and the comfort for a pleasant stay. Neighbors are adorable. Rosella is an attentive and responsive host. We'll be back with pleasure and for a longer period this time. Thank you.

I have stayed in this apartment many times and have always found it perfect. Beatrice is always very helpful and responsive. In my opinion, it's one of the best B&Bs in Parma.

The apartment was exactly as described, communication was smooth and easy. Location was perfect for us. Practically located directly behind the cathedral, but in a very quiet side street that ended in a small square, which was beautifully lively in the evening. Clear recommendation and I would definitely stay here again!

First of all, Cristina is an amazing host: always responsive, friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious and clean with everything you need for a long stay. Big attention to details with understanding what person could need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is located in a wonderful central area in Parma with walking distance to all the city sites.

The apartment has excellent parking, great internet, great bed and a cheerful atmosphere. Because of the beautiful floor and the beautiful light, I was very comfortable. A nice breakfast cafe and an organic shop within walking distance, I would go again immediately!

Conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and all the great places to visit in downtown Parma. The flat has a feeling of tranquility and is comfortable. We shared it the apartment with a friend it was great for that because it has 2 bathrooms that have their own showers in them.

Accommodation matched the photos, simple check-in and convenient hours. The only flaw is the impractical sink, otherwise original and nice furniture.

I booked Giuliana’s apartment for 5 days of our stay in Parma, exactly matching our plans for comfort of relaxed clean home and walkable location to the town centre and railway station for easy day trips to Bologna and Cinque Terre. . Antonella is a really kind and nice person. The house is well connected to the center and the squares, and there are many places for aperitifs and restaurants, both typical and not, near the house. The place is quite quiet, of course if like me you are used to absolute silence at night you may have slight difficulties but bearable. Anyway, everything is beautiful and I recommend it.

Very nice stay. The apartment was spacious with everything you needed. Good follow-up and always quick response from Giuseppe. Good wifi. Easy check-in/check-out. The location of the apartment is perfect in Parma. Walking distance from the railway (or quick bus ride), short distance to all places worth seeing - and you walk straight out into a nice and cozy street. Lots of nice small streets nearby as well as outdoor places. This is the place I would choose again if I were to go to Parma!!

Excellent rental!! Paolo is an outstanding host and always available!! He gave us all the good addresses for our visits and restaurants. Feel free to book with him tours of the parmesan and parma ham factories (he even accompanied us)!! The pool and jacuzzi are exceptional! The accommodation is clean and fully equipped! Perfect breakfast!!Go there with your eyes closed. I highly recommend this listing!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay and enjoyed the jacuzzi too. Our host is very responsive with easy communication. We would definitely stay again if we are in Campitello, with easy drive to Mantova! Finally, our host had great melon and peaches as well as breakfast foods and treats for us: great for the four of us. Easy shopping and cooking as well, with vegetable stand nearby.

The perfect place to discover Parma. It is perfectly located to reach everything on foot and at the same time nice and quiet. A cute café right outside the front door - a few houses away a great trattoria. In addition, super nicely furnished - in the kitchen you will find everything you need to conjure up something at home (yes, at home😁). We felt very comfortable - for us there is now only one accommodation in Parma. :)

We would like to give more stars, as the stay was more than perfect. Incredibly clean and attention to detail. The family is super friendly and also gave us a small tour of the farm. The hospitality is great. We felt like at home. The spa is really clean and relaxing. We hope that we can arrange to see the accommodation and the family again. Thank you for the dairy products on arrival! Thanks to the host's tip, we ate at the "Ristorante Pizzeria al Caminetto" with Massimo in the evening. Authentic and incredibly delicious. Clear recommendation!

If you want to dive into the heart of true Emilia Romagna, this is the place for you. It's an old house with stone stairs and big beams lost in the corn and wheat fields. Giordana is attentive and you can go there safely.

We had a very good time in the apartment, although it is a unique room with kitchen and room, it is quite spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is also spacious. In the garden there is a table with and a barbecue. You can leave your car in the free parking lot in front of the house. The area is quiet and close to many interesting castles to visit. The owner who lives above the apartment is very kind and always available.
