We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Francesco was very attentive and friendly. The apartment was spotless with great space and nice little details added. We’re sad we only stayed for one night!

Valentina was a wonderful and responsive host. She personally greeted me and showed me around the place. She also responded to me at midnight when I had trouble unlocking the door (hint: if the door doesn't unlock, firmly pull it and turn the lock to the left. it's because I didn't close it properly!). The apartment is small but clean and modern. Tiny shower but great water pressure and no issues with temperature. Modern appliances and a comfy bed. I had everything I needed and felt at peace. I will definitely stay here again when traveling to Parma! Thank you Valentina, you made my stay comfortable and gave me confidence to explore the city like a local. Btw Totino's pizza is down the street, surprisingly some of the best pizza I had in Parma.

We were a group of nine traveling and had two ensuite rooms and the larger flat with the kitchen shared by five which had a large bathroom, a double room and a twin room and one double room with an ensuite. Everything was excellent. All our group had a great experience staying at Raffaella's accomodation and would highly recommend it. We would happily stay again if we return to Parma. Raffaella was available for advice on messenger after exchanging phone numbers at any time and responded quickly. She also helped with arranging taxis for our return to the train station. 10/10 for everything.

Emanuela was very nice. She even offered to pick us up from the bus because it was raining! She was very responsive and helpful. The room was geat and she even provided bikes to ride around town!

Monia is the best!! She is very resposive and hospitable. The house is near the city center, and walkable disctance from restaurants, supermarket, central station and shops. The house is very cozy, everything is super clean and had what we needed and more. Highly recommeneded💯

Ivano is an extremely helpful, sensitive, empathetic and really kind person! He welcomed us personally in his beautiful home, a 'precious pearl' nestled in the Reggio Apennines. My partner and I immediately felt comfortable. The beauty of the place, the unspoiled nature, the colors, the scents, the good food, all accompanied our days making them unique! The house is a corner of paradise, nothing is missing, everything is taken care of in every detail, impeccable cleanliness! Particularly appreciated is the large garden full of plants and flowers and a large terrace where you can look at the stars or chat in the sun. There are many walks and places of historical and artistic interest in the surrounding area. About a twenty-minute drive away is the majestic Pietra di Bismantova and with a pleasant walk you can reach the top, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view! About fifty minutes away is also the important Cervi Museum.

Assunta and Ivan's place is very special. They built this house together out of wood, straw and clay, really impressive. It is very quiet and spacious, I recovered very well there. There is no internet and no TV, which I found very pleasant. The two are super friendly and helpful, yet discreet. I was allowed to come to their son's pizzeria, the best pizza I've had in decades. We also went to yoga together once. I am more than happy to recommend the place. Normally, you need a car.

Nice apartment and good communication

well-kept apartment, there's everything you need. Convenient area to reach virtually every area of Parma in a short time. Marcello was extremely helpful right away. We definitely recommend it!

Very clean and very big apartment perfect for 4 or even 6 people I guess. Perfect location right down the street is the center of the city there is a good bar for good cappuccino.

Small apartment a few minutes walk from downtown. Easy to reach and with a chance to park nearby for free. The host was kind and immediately ready to respond. Some noise until after midnight. Once the two nearby places are closed, silence reigns.

Accommodation a stone's throw from the Duomo is a guarantee when you come to Parma for work or vacation, it was my second time and as always Mrs. Marina was very hospitable and available for every need.. cleanliness and order of the house that offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Strategic location when really close to the Duomo, immediately in the center and with bus stops equally close. If you have to recommend or come back to this place? Absolutely!

Perfect stay. The accommodation is centrally located, the house is equipped with everything you need and really well furnished. Very simple check-in thanks to Enrica's directions and availability. It was a great pleasure!
