Faye was very responsive host and her staffs are very friendly , the villa was beautiful, felt like you're in a 5 stars villa! Me and my families had so much fun, I definitely recommend and will be back again ! ❤️

Great Place, beautiful house and the design. Close to the sea, beach is beautiful and no people there. Great family time. We had some technical issues- no water on the upper floors almost everyday or very low pressure of water. I'd strongly suggest to cover the tools and all the items from the housekeeper's accommodation area as it spoils the beautiful surroundings of the villa. Wonderful Place with minor imperfections

Fairway Villa was a perfect escape from the city. The house was very clean and homey well secured; I noticed they have good high-quality materials of furnitures, spacious kitchen equipped with complete kitchen appliances and utensils; Dining area was good enough seats for our family. The living room have cozy seats with big TV screen. The bedrooms are cozy, provided us with towels that we needed. The bathroom was clean, well lit and spacious as well. The pool and jacuzzi brought warmth and was surrounded by trees and garden with a view of golf course. The place was peaceful a perfect place to relax and bond with families.

Host is responsive of all my queries. The caretaker is very friendly and attends to our needs. The villa feels like a home, it’s very spacious and clean. It’s also accessible and easy to find.

안녕하세요 나는 한국에서사는 여행을 즐기는사람이다. 먼저 이곳은 내가 겪어본곳중 집주인이 가장 친철했던걸로 기억이된다.그녀는 내게 항상 청소를 자쿠지 청소와 비품이 더 필요한지 체크해서 내게 제공해주었다. 먼저 집은 보안이 아주좋았다. 그래서 그리고 집밖에도 보안요원이 있어서 안전하게 울타리내에서 아침이나 저녁이나 편하게 조깅을 즐길수있어서 아주 좋았다. 처음에는 세탁때문에 걱정하였는데 그녀는 내게 언제든 사용할수있게 세탁시설을 제공해주었다. 그리고 이곳을 여행하는데 도움이 되도록 이곳의 유명한곳이나 추천장소를 소개시켜주어서 난 새로운곳을 여행하도록 도움을 주었다. 그리고 바로 옆집에 그녀일행이 살아서 내가 도움이 필요하면 바로바로 도움을 주었다. 그녀는 내가 공항에 입국 출국할수있도록 픽업차량도 언제든 제공해준다고했지만,난 내 개인 필리핀 가이드친구가있어서 아쉽게도 이용은 안했지만, 그녀마음이 얼마나 착하고 섬세한지 감사함을 느끼고 있었다. 다른 렌트하우스에서는 적어도 한가지나 몇가지 불편사항이 있던걸로 기억하는데 이곳은 내가 한달조금넘게 머무는동안 내가 최적의 조건으로 쉴수있도록 수시로 체크하고 내게 도움을 주어서 너무 기뻤다. 내가 영어가 서툴러서 넷플릭스도 보는데 제한이 있었지만 그녀 동료가 바로 달려와서 언어교체등 세심한배려로 내가 시청하는데 많은 도움을 주었다. 식료품 파는곳은 한곳밖에없어서 아쉽지만 큰 냉장고와 전자렌지 많은 식기들이 있어서 나는 외부 마트에가서 쇼핑후 많은음식을 그곳에 보관할수있어서 너무 행복했다. 보통은 이렇게 길게 평가를 안남기는데 다른사람들도 이글을 보고 이용하길 바란다. 돈을 조금더 투자해서 이곳에서 훌륭한 자쿠지와 안전 시원한 집과 조용한 휴식을 모두 즐기길 바랍니다. 그리고 이동할때는 그랍택시가 많이 저렴합니다. 집에서 기다리다가 편하게 이동을 하기 수월하다. 배달앱을 많이 알고가면 그곳에서 편하게 배달도 시겨먹는 재미가있다는걸 알게되었다. 말이 길어졌는데 어쨋든 이곳은 또다시 이용하고 가고싶은 내집과도같은 편한곳이다

Good deal for its price and ideal for large groups looking for a budget-friendly place near SM Clark. The rooms are spacious and have working aircon units. We appreciate the amenity kit with soap, shampoo, and toothbrush, as not all airbnb units give these.

The place is beautiful and very clean. We had relaxing day and it walking distance to the beach. The host is v Proactive.All Our requests have been satisfied. Definitely will stay here in the future.

So many things to do in this house. Lots of activities and you will never get bored. nice place for fun gatherings with family and friends

We had a wonderful time at Sinsu Stay. The hosts greeted us upon arrival and gave us the keys. The home was spacious and clean and looked exactly like the photos. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We were unable to get a taxi due to the evening rush, and Rio was nice enough to offer us a ride to the mall. The pool was a great addition to the home. I would definitely recommend this place 10 out of 10.

The place is so nice and clean. We had a very nice time staying there with my whole family. We enjoyed the big Jengga blocks in the pit place, and we love the idea of staying in the living room. The place really made us bond more as it’s very spacious and everyone is invited to stay at the living room. The only downside though is the place. A bit far from the beach area. The host together with ate Kimmy is very helpful and accommodating. They have pabili services and can help you in your stay.

Amazing Stay at Balay Angkan! Balay Angkan is stunning & peaceful, perfect for big groups like families. We stayed for 3D2N, 18 pax at first then 7 more joined. We paid PHP 1,250 per extra guest. The villa is huge, very clean & aesthetic. For PHP 30k-35k/night (depending on season), you get the whole beautiful villa! The infinity pool, rooms & complete kitchen were amazing. There’s a long table perfect for gatherings. We just shopped & cooked our meals. There’s also a grill. Lots of bonding areas like the poolside long table & terrace upstairs. We also enjoyed videoke! So peaceful & quiet! The admins, especially Sir Don & Ms. Jen, were very responsive, kind & patient. The caretakers were also very helpful. Only downside was we weren’t allowed late checkout until 1 PM, but overall everything was perfect! Highly recommended—just make sure to book early as it’s always fully booked!

Ms.Cha is really a great host, she assisted us all through out our stay and very responsive.The place is very clean, smells really good linens and beds are all clean and white.The highlight of our stay is the jacuzzi their bathroom is really big and cozy perfect for wine night while watching movies. Food deliveries are accessible.Thank you so much I highly recommend this place and its very near the airport.
