Kiril's place in Kailua was gorgeous! Clean, happy, spacious, bright, and airy would be how I would describe it. I loved the full-sized fridge and microwave. The "stove" was a two-place induction burner which was great. I really appreciated having a washer/dryer in the bathroom, and I especially loved the fact that the bedroom was separate from the rest of the place. The neighbourhood was lovely, clean and only a short walk to the beach. The birds outside were loud but provided me with endless laughs at their repertoire of sounds and songs. The bedroom is quite bright early in the morning so bring a sleep mask if you are sensitive to light. The bed was comfortable, and there is a separate split AC unit in the room as well as a large ceiling fan. As Kiril was out of town during the time of my stay, I communicated with his wife Nev. She was quick to respond and very pleasant. If I return to stay in Kailua, I would love to stay here again. Thanks Nev and Kiril for such a lovely place!

Lori's place was perfect for my two month stay for work. Kailua is a great spot and her place had everything I needed to feel at home! This is a great spot for anyone looking to stay in Kailua and not planning on inside much!

We had a great time! Zach and Heidi were such great hosts. We loved how we had our own yard and our 2-year-old was able to run around. We had everything we needed and the kitchen had extra appliances you wouldn’t expect in an Airbnb (i.e. ninja blender, coffee grinder, etc.), at least not in the previous airbnbs we’ve stayed at. I needed to go in to work everyday and it’s easy to get to main highways, but also a close drive to Kailua Town and the beaches.

Great place and hosts at this property. Good central location in Kailua. Laid back vibe. Perfect for couples or small families. Highly recommended.
