Monthly Rentals in Old Quebec, La Cité-Limoilou

Great location in the lower town for those who have 1 vehicle. Parking space is a real plus. In 1 modern building, the apartment does not overlook Avenue Charrest and therefore is relatively quiet and allows you to open the bay window that overlooks the balcony without fear of traffic noise (very dense on this axis). Very bright, well-equipped with cleaning products available, nice furniture, comfortable bedding (although, from my point of view, the sheets are a little small for the size of the bed…), beautiful bathroom with large walk-in shower. 1 nice room at the entrance to leave suitcases, coats, shoes… extremely practical. Lots of shops (including 1 excellent bakery a few steps away and 1 grocery store), restaurants, bars nearby. Despite the presence of many homeless people and/or drug addicts, we never felt unsafe. Hosts are responsive and respond quickly to questions. Simple check-in and check-out.

Place is in exceptional location, looks exactly like the pictures. We did not use the kitchen but it’s full equipped with everything you need. The unit is well decorated. The hostess was awesome and very helpful and responsive. Great shower and walkable from everything. It is the best location you can get, very peaceful and easy access. We had a great stay and we highly recommended. 5 stars for sure.

Marie’s Airbnb was in a perfect location to see old Quebec and nearby tourist attractions as well as other interesting neighbourhoods that are really worth exploring. Thanks to Marie for dropping off umbrellas for us to use when it was raining!

Wonderful apartment and location. We used to live in Quebec and this section of Rue St-Jean is our favorite part of the city. It was wonderful to be so close to all our favorite places. Apartment was clean and sufficient for all our needs. Thank you!
