We had a great time at Xaviers appartement. The communication with Xavier was simple. He gave some streets were you could park your car there and made our search easier. We had no issue with the parking, found spots near the appartement so that was great! Xavier had some great recommendation for around the appartemnt. With this location you're about 30min walking distance away from the old Town, but there are public transportation that you can use. Overall we had a great time there and would recommend it!

We loved staying at Stephanie's place. It was very clean and as shown in pictures. Very walkable to many things - the train station, nearby restaurants, and not far from Old Quebec. Our only disappointment was the pool was not in working order when we had our stay.

The location is great access to old Quebec’s upper and lower town. It is one block away from a main street with restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Place inside was nice and new, despite the unassuming exterior. The bedroom is on a lower level while the living room, kitchen and washroom are on the main level. We can imagine the bedroom is a little challenging if you’ve got mobility issues. The host was very responsive and helpful. We’d stay again!

Enjoyed our stay. The apartment is comfortable and exactly as described. Having parking was a great feature. We were able to park our car and use transit for exploring within Quebec City but still have access to our vehicle to explore neighbouring sites. the apartment has everything you need to be comfortable for a short or long stay. Phillips was proactive with information and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend.

Beautifully decorated place. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and neatly organized. Our comfort was just like at home. Lovely stay overall and i would highly recommend. The host was extremely polite and responded within minutes.

Lovely place. Beautiful location

We loved our stay at Lise’s space. Plenty of room and in a quiet neighborhood. Located away from the busy city area yet a very short and inexpensive uber ride into the heart of the city. We even walked back a couple of times in the evening it was close enough. Highly recommended staying here.

Melanie’s Chalet d’amour was just a lovely place located perfectly between the hiking trails of Sentier du Montagnard and Parc National du Jacques-Cartier. Strongly recommend!

What a magical place superb maison is! The island is just lovely and quiet but still so close to Quebec. the PERFECT escape. the gorgeous farms, architecture, fresh local produce, exquisite restaurants, bakeries and fromageries are like stepping back in time. A real joy and so peaceful.

Very nice place very clean! We really enjoyed the proximity to shops, we were able to walk everywhere. We also enjoyed access to the rooftop terrace. The host was available to answer our questions when necessary.

I really enjoyed my entire stay here. The place is even better than pictured, and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a longer stay. Small backyard very handy for middle of the night dog duty ;-) and laundry facilities really great. Please note that parking is challenging and I found it easier to pay for a 24 hour parking facility just a block away. That said, the street parking made it easy to load and unload, it's just limited by time. The location can't be beat - right near excellent restaurants and very close to Old Quebec City. The apartment is ideal for a short getaway in Quebec City. There was public transport, plenty of shopping and you could walk to the center. The apartment was easy to find, well equipped and cozy.

The location is fantastic, an easy walk to old Quebec City. The unit is as described with a great kitchen and very comfortable bed. There are many good restaurants within a 5 minute walk, same with grocery stores, etc. Sarinah communicated very well, and clearly. We hope to return some time. soon.

Our group of 4 (two couples) were so appreciative of the wonderfully decorated and equipped space Marc and Pierre-Marc had waiting for us. The location was great, walking distance to Old Québec, and conveniently near a grocery store, a gourmet store, various coffee shops and restaurants. (La Boîte à pain makes a delightful lemon meringue pie!) The (included!) parking was near enough that even with rain, it didn't feel inconvenient. Thank you so much for the bottle of wine - it went very well with the cheese and paté we brought home from Le Grand Marché! Thank you for making our first visit to Québec City so comfortable!

The accommodation is comfortable and very spacious with nice volumes. It is very well equipped and located close to many restaurants and shops. Its location allowed us to visit the entire upper and lower city on foot, using the stairs or making a detour. The closure of a local shelter for "homeless people" in the neighborhood leads to their presence on the streets but without presenting any danger. Frédéric was responsive and understanding during our requests. We had a great time in Quebec City, which we were discovering for the first time! Françoise

Very nice apartment arranged and tastefully decorated. Everything was perfect. Located a 15-minute drive from Old Quebec and right next to Montmorency Falls, we had a pleasant stay. i highly recommend this listing.

Lucie’s condo was exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the location is excellent. Once we parked the car, we did not use it again until we checked out. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and we were also able to walk to Vieux Quebec. We definitely recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again!
