The 24 m2 studio (+ 7 m2 terrace) has a light, airy open-plan living space including a fully equipped kitchen-diner, lounge/bed room with a top quality Italian fold-down sofa bed. Separate bathroom with spacious shower, WC and washing machine. It is on the 1st floor (US: 2nd floor) with an elevator. The new tram line - just 300m away - is a real advantage (see Getting Around below).

The flat overlooks a small square which gives the flat lots of sun and light. In the old town you can enjoy living like the locals, and by the entrance door you will find Cave de la Tour, famous by the locals, where you can have a refreshing glass of wine.
