Essential services (bakery, well-stocked mini market, taverns and pizzerias, butcher) are just minutes away by car (no more than 7). House located in a super panoramic point. Was by far the best Airbnb experience I have had. - House was amazing -clean, fresh, had everything we needed - Location was perfect- great view from the house with access to hikes and activities (we did horseradish 3 min from the house) - host was very kind and flexible - super flexible with check in, had baked a cake that she shared with us along with other snacks, she helped refill our coffee as soon as we ran out as the shops were closed Overall a fantastic experience and I would recommend to anyone!

For us, the apartment was perfect as a family with adult children, as each bedroom had a small, private bathroom. The view from the balcony is unbeatable and you can sit in the afternoon sun. The kitchen is small but equipped with everything. It was very quiet. You can walk to the supermarket in 1 minute, where there are also fresh rolls. The Patscherkofelbahn is very close to skiing and also in Innsbruck you are in 15 minutes. The communication was always very quick and easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Delia's apartment is as seen in the photos, cozy, clean, well-stocked. It is located in a very quiet place, away from the chaos, and that's what we were looking for. I didn't meet Delia in person but she was always available, kind and quick to respond. We will definitely be coming back!

We love this place! The rooms are spacious and clean, the sauna and whirlpool were definitely a bonus for our tired bodies after a long day of activities in the beautiful surrounding areas. We woke up to the breath-taking view every morning, it was one of the most memorable places we have ever been to. Thank you for being such great hosts Ilaria&Alex!

We were mountain biking with 6 people. The accommodation was fantastic. Huge large bike room with everything you need!

The lay out of the chalet was excellent. All rooms were extremely spacious, well designed & comfortable, with their own ensuite, whilst the 3 apartments had fully equiped kitchens. Heating options were available throughout the entire house and on the second day of our visit, we required a minor adjustment to the heating, so rang the female contact (only speaks German) who manages the property and within an hour, the lady was onsite and the temperature was adjusted. Within the chalet on the ground floor there is a large, shared breakfast / communal room with a kitchen having all the required services. This room easily catered for our group of 13 persons for evening meals. The chalet also had a central clothes washing & clothes dryer facility and also a spacious ski drying room on the ground floor. In conclusion, all our family members thought the chalet was absolutely fabulous in every respect, providing all the amenities one would require, resulting in a wonderful family stay.

An amazing house with every detail thoughtfully considered. Impeccably clean. The host was always available and responsive. If we return to Austria, we will definitely stay here again. We were traveling with 3 children, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The view deserves a special mention—it’s absolutely stunning!
