In the fjord outside the house there are opportunities for good fishing from the jetty. The house is located close to the popular tourist destination Dronningruta and the fishing village Nyksund. It is also a good location as a base for exploring both Lofoten, Bø, Hadsel and Andøya.

Kort vei til havnen hvor det også er mulig å få leid båt for fiske med og uten skipper. Det er 3 soverom med totalt 5 sengeplasser. Alt av utstyr på kjøkken ink gasskomfyr. TV både oppe og nede, samt trådløst internett. Perfekt sted for å nyte Nyksund både for familie og par på tur.
