We had a great time in Destin made more comfortable staying at Josh’s place! It’s away from all the noise but close enough to experience it if you want! We loved just being able to walk across the beach to the street, and the wagon provided made the process so easy!

We had such a great weekend at the beach in this condo! Condo is exactly as the pictures portray, which was nice! Everything was very clean & smelt super clean when we arrived! This condo is about a 13 minute walk to the actual beach, so we drove our car to the parking lot within the condo community each day and then walked across the street to the beach which was fine. The condo is nestled back near the pond within the condo community, so it was nice and quiet which was great! Overall a great place! We loved the living room area for lounging after dinner, spacious and comfortable chairs and couches!

The living area features a light-filled space with large sliding glass doors leading to the patio. A comfortable gray sofa and a striped armchair are arranged around a wooden coffee table. Decorative curtains frame the windows, and a textured area rug adds warmth to the room.

Adorable ground floor villa!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! It was like home away from home! There were a lot of things in the area for my kids to do and I loved being able to still cook home cooked meals away from home and have access to nice clean laundry to take home instead of hauling dirty clothes all the way back to Spring, TX. Overall, it was a plus for us and Amanda was a gracious host, very accommodating, welcoming and she responded any time we needed her. If we ever come back to Destin, we will definitely without a doubt give her our business again!! Thanks Amanda!

Our stay with Jenna was amazing. The place was perfect for us, our friends + baby. Short walk to the beach, and Jenna provides everything for a perfect beach day. Location was great. The patios had great views and are prefect for a morning coffee or glass of wine and good conversation with friends. Would definitely recommend and stay here again

We stayed at Aarti's place for a week long vacation, and it was perfect. Between our two families sharing the condo, there was still plenty of space. The pool is super convenient, there is a great playground for kiddos, and the beach was an easy walk (though admittedly we did drive and park... much less schlepping involved). Aarti was super responsive before and during our stay. We were able to check in early and check out late. We would happily stay at Aarti's condo again.

It was a wonderful stay and great location. The electric golf cart was such a plus as well as the heated pool! I do wish they gave more toiletries - so make sure to bring extra as well as laundry detergent! I will say the kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need. The outside furniture does need some cleaning it seems a little old/worn. But overall it was nice and we’d stay again!

Beautiful 2nd floor villa with easy beach access!

Loved this location! Beautiful, clean pool right outside the unit and top floor has views of the ocean! The back of the house has lake front patio with dining table and chairs, perfect for morning coffee! Danielle provided chairs and beach tent for the beach which was a huge PLUS! Everything was great except two minor things: door connecting unit below is paper thin. Book both units if you can. Also, body towels are tiny. Bring your own. Looking forward to coming back with friends :)

Lovely place to stay. The description was accurate. Before accepting the booking, the host made sure to message me and ask if I had any questions because they didn’t want to accept the booking before they knew it’s what I wanted. Which, by the way, is TERRIFIC guest service. Brisk 20 minute walk to the beach, or you can just drive through the complex and park directly across from the beach. Very fair price, clean, accurate, close to the beach, and an awesome stay. Would stay here again.

Our stay here was wonderful! The condo was everything we wanted and the host had great communication throughout the entire process. We will stay here again for sure!

Perfect Getaway in Destin, Florida. We had an amazing stay at this property in Destin, Florida! Lovely beach house for two families! Our water tank went and communication with the property manager was so seamless and it was replaced quickly. The house had all the amenities needed for a baby and the beach! Close to so many restaurants. Quick walk to the beach. Loved the pool too!

The most incredible Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Impeccable design and curated attention to detail, luxe amenities, game room. Truly an immersive experience we didn’t want to leave. Well done.

Can say enough about the location! Amazing, quick walk to the beach, walkable restaurants, quick trip to grocery and shopping. Had a small issue with some gnats that the owner quickly responded to and quickly resolved. We would stay again!

Coming all the way from Baton Rouge, Louisiana to enjoy a beach vacation while the kids were out of school. I must say the experience was well worth it. Jenna is a wonderful host with a beautiful, clean, spacious home that you can call home for a few days. She communicated with me this entire experience. Any questions you might have she’ll respond pretty fast. My family really enjoyed themselves and my kids want to come back next year. If you are looking for a Airbnb in Destin. Look no further book either 22A or 22B. Hell book them both lol worth every penny and don’t forget to book the golf cart it’s nice lights up
