Nice apartment in the center of the small town of Neuenstein. Nearby is the castle, the church and the park. Within walking distance are 3 restaurants, 2 bakeries, 3 supermarkets and 1 butcher. The apartment is on the upper floor with a shared entrance door and staircase, but with its own apartment door. There is a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe as well as a private balcony. In the second room there is the kitchen, a dining area and an additional sofa bed.

Directly connected is the main house, which today serves as a guest and seminar house. The square courtyard is surrounded by natural gardens, orchards & fields. The apartment is situated in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a light room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping possibility and has a wide of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 persons. On the sofa there is a foam padding of about 6 cm. A normal bed is used as another sleeping option. Parking is very close by.
