Monthly Rentals in O.H. Ivie Lake

The house was exactly as listed and Dayna was very clear and concise on check in procedures and information before I ever even had a need to ask. Great little house in the area that allowed my family plenty of space while we visited family and participated in a local softball tournament for my daughter!

My wife and I loved this small home in Ballinger! It was the cleanest and most practical setting we have utlized in the last 9 years of traveling. At first we were concerned about the location and surroundings but that quickly changed once we pulled up. Everything was so awesome and to have a carport covering for our vehicle put it over the top! And the communication of our host was quick and friendly. The only negativity we can mention was the late street traffic noise which our hosts could not control. We will definitely be returning to this home on our next trip to the Abilene /San Angelo area! Great little secret in Ballinger Texas😁

It was a great place to stay. I had a tiny bit of trouble finding the place at first but it was late and dark by the time I arrived. It took me a couple of tries to get the lock open because I wasn't pressing the buttons hard enough I think. It was a VERY spacious place with all of the comforts of home. It is exactly as described in the ad. The street noise didn't bother me much, it settles down around 11PM and I slept fine. All in all, it was a great experience.

Couldn’t believe hotter clean and easy this place was. We were late to arrive, but everything from first touch to last touch was simple and easy. Would certainly stay again if the opportunity arises!
