Hospitality and shopping are possible in the immediate vicinity. Until March 2026, construction noise is to be expected during working hours, as a house is being built on the rear property.

Wi-Fi (about 23/7 MBits) and a washing machine are available as well as two private entrances. The sauna costs €10 for 2 hours, each additional hour €5.

The apartment offered is on the upper floor of a detached house in Schwienau, near Uelzen, Hundertwasser train station, Heide Park Soltau, Lüneburg and Hamburg are easily accessible. An open staircase leads to a kitchen with seating, a living room with sofa bed, Wi-Fi and TV, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. This total of 44 m² was newly renovated in 2021. Bathrooms with shower tub are available for up to 3 guests. A washing machine and dryer can be used.
