Absolutely amazing apartment! Perfect kitchen and living room, beautiful balcony, and delightful hosts! Good location for accessing skiing and snowboarding in winter (by bus). The washing machine is very useful, and the bread delivery service was extra special! Made us feel right at home!

Ich war Anfang März in der Unterkunft, um mir eine kleine Auszeit zu nehmen. Die ruhige Lage war dafür perfekt. Gleichzeitig sind verschiedene Ski und Wanderdestinationen sehr gut erreichbar, und der Inntalradweg nur einige 100 m entfernt. Marlies ist freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat ein super Händchen für eine stilvolle Einrichtung :-)

Wir waren zu viert für ein Skiwochenende in Friedas Unterkunft. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen: Mit dem Auto ist das Skigebiet Kühtai in ca. 30min zu erreichen und abends konnten wir zurück in der Unterkunft gemeinsam kochen und gemütlich zusammensetzen. Salz, Pfeffer, Öl und Essig mussten wir zwar besorgen, aber ansonsten hat es an nichts in der Küche zum Kochen gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Frieda war stets freundlich und schnell. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Elke's place and Elke were both wonderful. The place had everything needed, greatly equipped kitchen and the wonderful "at home" feeling. Elke was extremely helpful in the initial introduction to the place, as well as with recommending and helping setup visits to some of the local attractions. The place itself was very clean, had the very needed dryer by the entrance (it was very important for our skiing boots!), comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms. Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids loved it there!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung liegt zentral mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ist gleichzeitig ruhig gelegen, sodass man sich nach einem ereignisreichen Tag gut erholen kann. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und wir können dieses Airbnb weiter empfehlen!

Absolutely great place! Lots of beautiful scenery nearby and a lot of supermarkets. The place is clean and spacious and functioned for us as a central point to plan daytrips. Plenty of space for the car. Definitely recommended!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Kichl‘s Homebase. Es hat von vorne bis hinten alles gepasst. Anni und Bernd waren super freundlich immer erreichbar und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist super sauber und modern eingerichtet. Ich sage nur ankommen und wohlfühlen. Nach einem langen Wandertag bekamen wir sogar frisch gebackenen Kuchen. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen und kommen auch bestimmt mal wieder. Vielen Dank liebe Anni und Bernd das wir eine so tolle Zeit bei Euch verbringen durften.

A wonderful house in a beautiful spot. Amazing views and walkable distance from anything you need. The house is lovely! Felt like a home away from home. The hairs were very friendly and responsive. We are already thinking about going back in the future as it was perfect for our group of 7+ dog. Everything feels pretty new and clean and has all the amenities you need. Loved the sauna and balcony space with views. Would recommend to others for sure. We’ll be back one day!

Super Wohnung. Bus innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und bringt einen direkt zur Ski Gondel in Sölden. Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar!

Beautifully furnished chalet with wonderful views. The apartment is spacious, superbly equipped and in an absolutely quiet location. The perfect place for a wonderful relaxing vacation. In addition, the host is friendly, helpful and always responsive. We will definitely come back.

Super mooi appartement! Heerlijk rustig en alles is splinternieuw. Veel extra’s aanwezig zoals spelletjes en PlayStation. Heerlijke bedden!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Woche im Ötztal! Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unsere 4er-Freundesgruppe zum Skifahren. Mit dem Auto sind Sölden, Kühtai und Gurgl schnell erreichbar, sodass wir jeden Tag ein neues Skigebiet erkunden konnten. Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet – ideal zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag auf der Piste. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

SuperNice hosts of the separated apartment. The furniture looked very good, no sign of used or worn stuff. Everything was very clean and we found all necessary goods to make our trip wonderful. Kitchen-inventory was perfect, no missing items for us. This is a very peaceful and silent place to relax and start your holiday actions. Fully recommended.

Great place to stay if you want to ski in Sölden or Gurgl and are willing to drive a little. The location is great and you can easily park your car. It is situated next to a small stream so very soothing if you sleep with the window open. Otherwise all that we needed and really enjoyed our stay!

Wir hatten tolle Tage in Julias Appartement! Die Wohnung ist schön und sauber und hat alles was man braucht! Die Lage ist ruhig und idyllisch. In Prutz selbst hatte Ende Oktober nichts mehr offen, wir mussten ca. 15 Min. zu den Ausflugszielen fahren. Julia hat uns tolle Wanderwege empfohlen! Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert 😊

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Wir haben die Woche zu acht in der Unterkunft von Moritz sehr genossen - direkt am See, mit reichlich Platz ausgestattet und alles super sauber! Moritz war stets gut zu erreichen und hat uns mit prima Tipps für die Umgebung versorgt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten, von Handtüchern bis zur Erstausstattung für ein Frühstück. Leider war unsere Zeit in Telfs Recht verrgnet. Aber nach einer Regen-Wanderung, tat die Sauna und der Pool besonders gut.

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully designed chalet. The view from the windows is absolutely stunning – waking up to that scenery was a true highlight. The facilities are incredibly modern and complete; everything felt brand new and thoughtfully arranged. One thing that really stood out was the furniture – not only is it stylish, but also extremely comfortable and functional. The sofa, dining area, and even small details like the lighting and fireplace created a warm, cosy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. I was genuinely impressed by how well everything worked together. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious retreat!
