Dear guests! My house is located in the center of the city, on the university street; 5 minutes to Anadolu University, 5 minutes to the Espark shopping center, 10 minutes to the train station and 1 minute to the university street where the restaurants are located, and the bar street and the bar street and the Adalar along the water. The tram and bus stops are a 3-minute walk from the house. It has all the stuff you may need in a house. Feel free to choose us if you want to stay in the lively city center in a friendly,safe and clean house =)

Our listing is new. The entire 1+1 house is yours. Espark is 2 minutes, University street is 2 minutes, Bar street is 5 minutes walking distance. There is YouTube Netflix in the project. The building is a family apartment and there should be no loud noise at night. 4 people can easily stay. There are kitchen utensils. The location, cleanliness, and garden of the house were great. It was advantageous for us to have 2 toilets. The beds were very comfortable and clean. We liked the garden very much. In fact, we enjoyed breakfast for a long time and visited Eskişehir less than planned. We stayed very comfortably as 6 people. Our only suggestion may be to have a tea glass coaster and a small tray (maybe we couldn't find the tray) 🙂

Host is very responsive and helpful. Check-in is very easy. Location is great, it is at the heart of Odunpazari. You can park your car on the street in front of the house. From the house, you can walk to gift stores and restaurants. Even though it is in a central location, it is located on a quite street. We stayed on the downstairs as 4 guest and our dog. The garden is quite big and bedrooms are sufficient. House is clean and comfortable. Kitchen is quite usefull a lot of tools are available. Overall, it was a great experience. I higly recommend.

Mr. Berk is a very nice person, thank him, they were polite and helpful, the house was tidy and clean as shown, everything was available, the location of the house is great.

We were very pleased with the 3-night stay at Mr. Ersin's house. The house was spotless and within walking distance of Odunpazarı. Since we said we were bringing our cat, he left a litter box, litter, wet food and a food bowl for our cat😊. It was also very enjoyable to sit in the courtyard at night. I recommend it to everyone.
