The location, cleanliness, and garden of the house were great. It was advantageous for us to have 2 toilets. The beds were very comfortable and clean. We liked the garden very much. In fact, we enjoyed breakfast for a long time and visited Eskişehir less than planned. We stayed very comfortably as 6 people. Our only suggestion may be to have a tea glass coaster and a small tray (maybe we couldn't find the tray) 🙂

The house has a different but nice feel. I think it is very nice to have a garden on summer days, at least you are not stuck in the house in the evenings. It is almost impossible to find a house with a garden, especially in the city center, this place is very well thought out. The cleanliness of the house was quite sufficient. The communication of the host is also very nice, it's great to have a password check-in because you don't expect when the host will bring the key, for example, I was able to check in at five in the morning.

We had a pleasant stay at the house, if you're looking for a cute characteristic house this would be a great option! The garden is also nice with two places to sit. And you could walk into the city center with ease.

This was my first time in Eskisehir and thanks to the hospitality by Muradiye and Arzu, Alibey Konağı felt just like home. It is very close to the touristic Odunpazari region and you can park your car right in front of the house. The beds were extremely comfortable and the upstairs has a great terrace to enjoy the view. I would definitely recommend this place and know I would stay here the next time I come

Great place. Right at the city center with lots of restaurants, and bars just minutes walking. The tram that takes you anywhere is right around the corner. Grocery store right around the corner. Anything and everything you want is there

I have not stayed in this apartment before, it is quite nice to be so close to the train station. The house was quite hot in the Ayaz of Eskisehir, I did not have any problems in terms of noise and safety and I provided a very comfortable stay

I had an excellent stay at this Airbnb! The apartment is spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and the bed is fantastic — I slept like a baby. It's incredibly quiet, which was perfect for relaxing, yet just a few minutes away from vibrant city centers. There are plenty of great cafés and restaurants right around the corner. The host was kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended!
