The ground floor has a kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom with shower. sofa bed in the living room (160*200) First floor: two rooms with double beds (180*200) Guest room with bed (140*200) Outdoor shower behind the house. Ahoy! Drop anchor in atmospheric Havnsø. Here you have the water close to almost all corners of the world. From our lovely house you can stroll the approx. 200 m down to the water and the Nature Reserve Vesterlyng, with one of Denmark's best beaches, is less than 2 km from the house. Also enjoy a good dinner or drink at the many cozy cafes in Havnsø Harbor (NOTE: closed for the winter). From here, you can also take a mini island cruise to Nexelø and Sejerø. And for the cool morning swimmers and winter bathers, there's a sauna house at the harbor.

From the big glass windows, you are in one with the big wild nature ground. On the wood terrace, you can enjoy a drink to the sunset or have a BBQ with the family. Modern newly renovated cottage with a minimalistic atmosphere a touch of nature and a lovely big garden with lots of trees. Located in a quiet area just outside Nykøbing Sjælland and close to Rørvig. The local beach, Skærby Stand and Rørvig Strand are among the best in Denmark. The house is very suitable for families( 2-3 adults and 2-3 children). Maximum of 6. Do not rent out to parties. Prefer families and no pets.

Sommerhuset er bygget af min bedstefar. Jeg er kommet her hele mit liv. Nu vil vi gerne dele disse hyggelige rammer med andre. Vi bruger selv huset hvilket præger indretningen. Det er et personligt og hyggeligt hus, som vi elsker. Sommerhuset er helårs-isoleret og velfungerende omgivet af en stor naturgrund. Og den fantastiske strand kan man cykle til på 5 min.
