Lovely child-friendly cottage, beach 300m

Lots of relaxation in a bright wooden house with orangery, lovely terraces and a large south-facing garden with play area for the children. For the car, a 22 kW type 2 charging station can be used. Here is peace and quiet and 300 meters to the beach with two bathing bridges in Sejerøbugten, and to the beach towards Kattegat there is 1 km. It is 1 km to burgers, ice cream parlors and mini golf, and a few minutes to the bakery, shopping and Havnebyen. We are happy to deliver recommendations for attractions and sights to you. Modern house directly on the water

Our private oasis directly by the water, stylish and simply furnished with multiple terraces. Located in quiet surroundings extremely on Gniben directly towards Sejerøbugten, and with west-facing terrace it means many beautiful sunsets. The house was built in 2016 and extended in 2019 with patio and sauna building. Outdoor shower, which makes it easy to rinse off salt after a morning dip. 5 min drive to a gourmet baker as well as 10 min drive to the Harbour City where you will find an exquisite fish shop.

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

New holiday home of 141 m2 in Odsherred from 2017 in second row to Nekseløbukten. Three minutes walk from child-friendly beach. An hour's drive from Copenhagen. 1500 metres from Dragsholm Castle with its Michelin-winning kitchen.
