The house oozes cottage atmosphere and invites you to many hours with a fire in the wood stove, pancakes in the belly and many scenic kilometers on your feet. The trip to the lovely sandy beach goes along Porsevej and through the sand escape plantation. About 12 min on foot. Lyngkroen, a supermarket, and mini golf are within walking distance. The property is located on a quiet road up to a small piece of forest but with a nice flat lawn for garden games. There are 2 bicycles for free use and only 6 km to cozy Rørvig.

The house is just a 5-minute walk from one of Denmark’s best sandy beaches, which is especially family-friendly – no stones and the water deepens gradually. The surroundings are wonderfully peaceful and picturesque. The summer house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is very well-equipped, and features a south-facing terrace.
