This sits on an acre property with another 5 room unit. The people on the property are mostly workers from out of town who need a quick stop, a week to find an apartment, or month to month stays. The bed size is Queen. The door has a code lock to checkin at your convenience. Part of the road is unpaved and shown in a picture. Please take this fact into consideration before booking. I cannot pave the road as it does not belong to me.

This place is located on the west side of the Town. That’s make this space very nice for the people who want to live in the area of their own place out of the city. Everything is mins away close like: H-E-B, Walmart, stripes, Lowe’s, Family dollar, general dollar, Mexican restaurants, food trucks around, ice cream shops, Texas burger and more!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Amazing location with completely updated Condo. Our place is within walking distance to major grocery store and tons of shopping! This unit is a private efficiency. It is self check in. There is 1 queen size bed. It is located at the back of our house. Parking pad off of the street in a well lit area 1 block from Midland Memorial Hospital. Close to Andrews Highway which has many food options. Use of washer and dryer can be arranged.
