The house is situated in a beautiful garden in the quiet, idyllic Palatine village of Mühlheim. The Gesindehaus is tastefully restored and expanded and has many loving details. On the first floor is the living/dining room with a fireplace as well as the kitchen room with a spiral staircase to the top floor. In addition, there is the bathroom with large shower, toilet and washing machine as well as a bedroom with workplace and double bed (120 cm). In the studio of the attic is another bed (180 cm) and a large roof terrace.

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. A must-see among AirBnB apartments. We immediately fell in love with the pictures and Timo's apartment exceeded our expectations in every respect. Rarely have we had such a modern, high-quality, cozy and all-round well-equipped accommodation. The living room with kitchen is an absolute feel-good place. Modern kitchen with everything you need, huge fridge with freezer. A mega comfortable sofa to cuddle with a huge flat screen TV with Netflix, an absolute luxury. A mega cozy fireplace with a viewing window and plenty of dry wood right on the balcony, which has sun all day and deck chairs to enjoy it. The bedroom in the attic with huge high ceiling, a dream. In addition, a large bathroom with walk-in shower, full of such luxury elements that we love. To top it all off, a sauna oasis with a wood-fired stove, as we have never experienced it before, plus a swimming pond and gym. It doesn't get any better! THANK YOU!!!

The flat is brand new and spotlessly kempt by Fabian. The amenities are well stocked up, and it felt just like coming home. The location is great, in a green and peaceful area of Frankfurt, with lots of options for groceries, bakeries and restaurants all in walking distance. Will return definitely !

In this small cozy tiny house there was everything we (two adults and an 11-year-old child) needed. Thushari has finely decorated everything, lovingly designed it and really provided everything. In addition to fruit, water and more, there was even toothpaste, toothbrushes, shower items....really great! In the kitchen, there were also all the appliances you can imagine :-) We were also able to sit outside on the garden bench. It was an easy and cordial contact with Thushari. We highly recommend it! We had a great time. The house is really beautiful and offers many great opportunities to gather together or treat yourself to some peace and quiet. Everything necessary was available and we would come back at any time. The Palatinate and the location on the wine route gives you the opportunity to enjoy nature or to spend your time in one of the many wineries and restaurants nearby.

Gabriele & Albert have created a little piece of paradise with their forest house and huge garden all around. You can tell how much love and effort they put into it. Everything is super clean, you just feel comfortable and the amenities leave nothing to be desired! We were there for 5 days as a couple for autumn hiking with our dog and enjoyed the time and tranquility there very much. For us, the well-signposted and not so heavily frequented hiking trails around the house were ideal - we could leave our car all the time and start our daily forest adventures directly from the garden gate. 🍄🌲 Thank you dear Gabriele & dear Albert for sharing this magical place with your guests. We would love to come back!

The stay with Claudia was just a treat! So idyllically located - ideal for nature and animal lovers :) We arrived with our big dog - the proximity to the forest, the tranquility and the fenced garden were just great.
