Birgit's garden oasis was our home for a week in April 2025. The apartment was extraordinarily spacious, clean, lovingly decorated and corresponded in every way to the listing and photos. The communication with Birgit, to coordinate our arrival time, was problematic and we were warmly welcomed at the time of arrival before Birgit showed us the apartment. Within half an hour you can reach the beautiful Deidesheim on foot and about 5 minutes by car. There you will find everything you need on a vacation: supermarkets, bakeries, wineries and restaurants. The garden oasis is very suitable as a starting point for hikes or bike rides through the area of the German Wine Route. We spent a relaxing holiday week here in the best spring weather and can highly recommend Birgit's apartment.

As a host Sven was extremely proactive and responsive. His apartment is on the ground floor and has a great patio. The apartment is well furnished and very comfortable. It is also well accessible into the central business district for business travelers.

Old farmhouse with large roof terrace & hot tub

We were guests with two families in the old farmhouse over Easter. Everything worked out from the first second. An incredibly cozy house that left nothing to be desired. A perfectly equipped kitchen with very high-quality electrical appliances, three enchanting bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The bathrooms are also beautiful - bright, perfectly equipped and extremely clean. In the living and dining area, you can end the evenings together wonderfully. You can see how elaborately the house was designed and feel right at home due to the tasteful furnishing style. The outdoor area is a real oasis of peace. Beautifully designed with a super comfortable lounge corner, two sun loungers and of course the huge hot tub. There is even a Weber grill available. As a guest, you immediately notice that every detail has been thought of. The in-house wine, which inspired us, rounds off the vacation experience. A perfect stay!

It’s beautiful and comfortable that we stayed here second time already. Easy to get from Hauptbahnhof by bus no M46 and bus stop right in front of the apartment. Walk to Messe 20 min. Communication with Mathias is easy and fast. I recommend this place.

The hot tub was a real highlight and made the break particularly relaxing. Adrian is a great host – very friendly, reliable and always helpful. We can absolutely recommend staying here!

The cottage is in a beautiful location surrounded by nature, at the end of a sparsely populated road that leads up into the forest. There are very nice paths and views of our valley, it is very quiet and just very calming to look out the window and only see nature. Inside it is very cozily furnished and everything we needed was already there, even the basics for washing and cooking. The shower is so great and the beds very cozy, I slept incredibly peacefully there. Dominique was responsive to all questions and always very friendly and accommodating. The underfloor heating was the candy and the landscape balm for the soul. I think we'll be back, it was just a fantastic getaway, with everything our heart desired.

Spacious bathroom with good storage options. Apartment located on a park, quiet and with beautiful views of the countryside, a few minutes' walk to tram stop, bakeries and supermarket. Communication with Razzaq at any time and promptly, key handover directly on site and adapted to our arrival. A great stay!! Highly recommended!

Our host was very accommodating at check-in as we were at the property earlier than expected. The apartment is bright, friendly and as a welcome we had two small bottles of wine. We enjoyed the rosé for dinner. The bed is comfortable and there were more pillows in the closet that we liked to use. The kitchen had everything to have a cozy breakfast, plus the proximity to Lidl and Rewe. We had a great stay and will gladly book this place again if we are guests in Sinsheim again.
