My house, which is about 115 square meters, is quiet, without through traffic near the forest. There are many family-friendly things to do in the area, such as bike park, summer toboggan run, reservoirs, ... and attractive towns. From the round balcony (2 house sides) you can enjoy a view of the unobstructed nature. Families with children, peace seekers, sports enthusiasts, couples, groups, pets - all are welcome. My cozy house has 4 ZKB., garage and a fireplace.

The sauna in the garden can be used with additional charge, price on request. Thanks to the pellet stove, it always gets cozy inside, or you can enjoy the sun on the wooden terrace. Pure Entspannung bietet die neue Holzterrasse mit großer Sitzgruppe und einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Das Ferienhaus bietet mit ca. 120 m² großzügig Platz für 6 - 8 Personen.

High above the Neckar Valley, the forest house, renovated in 2018, stands on a large garden plot right on the edge of the forest. The house was built in the last century as a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the noisy city and today serves exactly this purpose again. The new cast iron stove, which takes over the heating of the house with logs, fits the character of the house. Without the stove, the cottage remains cold at corresponding outside temperatures!
