The small house is located on the forest edge of the Elmelund forest. It's well located to experience Funen, a golf course ride, or enjoy nature and relax in this quiet space. By bike there is about 5.5 km to the pedestrian street in Odense. From the house there are direct access to about 15 km of forest trails, which invite for walking, running or biking. Blommenslyst Golfklub is about 3 km from here by car and to Odense Eventyr Golf about 3.2 km by car. The house The house is independently located at the back of the garden about 25 m2.

Enjoy the simplicity of life in this peaceful and centrally-located home. In a rural setting but close to everything. The home is close to the university, OCC/Jutland Bank Arena and the new hospital. 7 minutes walk to light rail at Bilka and bus that brings you around the city. Likewise, a 7-15 minute walk to Ikea and Rosengårdscentret where all shopping can be done. The home is on 3 floors where the basement is closed off. However, access to a washing machine can be agreed. Bedrooms are on the 1st floor as well as one bathroom.

TV with many channels, speakers for streaming music, as well as free Wifi. There is everything in the house, bed linen, towels, tea towels, etc. Only pack your clothes and toilet bag.

Annex for 2 or more

Relax in this unique annex within walking distance to the lake and with the possibility of accommodation in a cabin in the treetops. There is a private terrace, possibility of use of fire pit, barbecue, access to simple kitchen facilities and extra bedding. The annex is an extension of our house, and some days we will be home. It is suitable for both single or multiple nights, and you can use the garden, walk to the local lake, bike mountain bike or take a trip from this central location on Funen.

You have downtown and SDU close and the light rail 400 meters from the apartment without being able to hear it. Free street parking is available. The apartment contains everything necessary and is located in a very quiet neighborhood.

There is a small new kitchen with oven, hot plate, dishwasher, fridge and coffee maker (free capsules). There is free access to the garden, gas grill, simple outdoor kitchen and the lakes. Fishing license can be purchased online for 50 kr. Located in scenic surroundings between 2 lakes, close to Odense.

Ny charmerende lejlighed beliggende i landlige omgivelser. Vi er ca. 10-12 km fra Odense Centrum/banegård og ca 8 min fra motorvejen afkørsel Odense S. Lejligheden består af 1 soveværelse med dobbeltseng, New Yorker inspireret badeværelse med brus og åbent køkken/spise og opholdsstue med sovesofa. Lille terrasse til fronten af huset med morgen/formiddagssol samt parkering. Terasse på bagsiden af huset med spiseplads, gasgrill samt adgang til fælles have med siddepladser samt bålplads.

I hjertet af Odense, finder du/I vores over 100 år gamle rødstensvilla. På 1. salen (øverste etage) er der indrettet en lejlighed med soveværelse, stue, køkken samt badeværelse med stort badekar. Derudover er der en 50 kvm stor tagterrasse, med udsigt over den smukke Assistenskirkegård. Lejligheden er tæt på meget tæt på byen og letbanen. Vi er en familie på fem, som bor i stueetagen. Vores børn er 3, 6 og 9 år. Der er adgang til vores have inkl. trampolin, som vi også selv bruger.

Lovely apartment 350 meters from the Cathedral in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is newly renovated and is located in a townhouse with a patio and garden. The apartment consists of a new kitchen in connection with a large dining room/living room with sofa bed from Boconcept as well as a neat bedroom and bathroom with shower. In the apartment there is a TV and a small work corner. We live in the building ourselves and are available during the stay if anything is needed.
